The location was great. We walked in the room and it smelled musty. It was very old and not clean.

Very nice accomodations and the breakfast burritos are righteous!
-
Not clean and expensive for what they offered.
-
Hotel was very clean, well kept, and the breakfast was just right with breakfast burritos, cereal, and fruit. I would stay here again.

Everything was great but staff was very loud during the day. Made it impossible to rest since we stayed two nights. Pretty easy to get to downtown.

Great place to stay. Great breakfast

Tacky. That pretty much sums it up. The sofa cushions in the lobby were covered in what appeared to be sheets wrapped around them. My assumption was to cover up unsightly upholstery. The employee at the registration desk was courteous. No issues there. Our room smelled like a combination of smoke and mildew. Later that evening I went to a different person at the front desk and requested that we be moved to a different room due to the smell. I was told that there were no other rooms available. I wasn’t offered any type of compensation for having to sleep two nights in a sub par room. The window was covered with a heavy blackout curtain. When I tried to raise the shade behind the curtain I found an old window streaked with water stains and a rusty looking ledge. The free breakfast was served in a cramped room. They didn’t even have orange juice. I thought the breakfast burrito was tasteless. I have to say that we were traveling with another couple and their room did not smell like ours.

The internet kept going down and falling off. The soap dispenser fell off the wall. The air conditioning unit in the room was rather loud when running. Breakfast was realyy good. Burritos had good taste

Nothing fancy, but a great stay and the breakfast was great !

We got a room on the ground floor because they were overbooked and we checked in after 6 on a Saturday. It was very easy to get to, and parking was very close to it. The problem we had was we had the first room once you got into the hallway and the staircase for the other 2 floors was right there and above our room. There was almost a constant trek of people going up or down the stairs from the time we checked in through most of the night, and I got very little sleep because of the heavy traffic going up & down stomping it sounded like. They told me we could move to another room if we wanted on Sunday morning, but I didn't want to pack everything up to move. The traffic wasn't nearly as bad Sunday & Monday, so we were ok.

It’s an adequate hotel…nothing fancy and pretty dated rooms. Breakfast was good. I loved that they offer complementary Lyft service during the day. We used it and it was so easy to get to down and back from the historic centre of Santa Fe.

The hotel was just okay definitely nothing special.
