This is a nice place to stay within walking distance to the plaza. Leanne was a gem. She was so welcoming and a pleasure to talk to! Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of fresh fruit and hot burritos. We would absolutely stay here again.

Only problem was getting internet. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Offered nice breakfast.

This property takes you back in time, and that is perfect for this Historical location. It is an older hotel, but it has all one needs. The included breakfast is very nice. It is walking distance to many "must see" attractions.

This bed and breakfast is walkable to historic sante fe and many sites and restaurants which is great. Because all the rooms are slightly different, your experience could depend on which room you book. We booked room#9 and it wasn’t good. There were multiple flood lights that stayed on all night w no black out curtains and our air conditioning unit wouldn’t stay on. There was a note of the air unit saying not to turn it below 72 but 72 was too hot. We couldn’t really keep the windows open because of the flood lights shining directly in, so sleeping conditions were subpar. One of the beds squeaked with every move. The TV didn’t work and when i mentioned it, the staff said it was an ongoing issue in every room they still hadn’t dealt with…ok. The included breakfast was okay but the coffee was terrible so that downgraded the breakfast experience for us because we had to go out to get good coffee instead. If you’re a serious coffee drinker, you will be in this same quandary. Overall, if you can get a better room and don’t care about good coffee, you could have a good visit here. We enjoyed walking to all the sites and had great weather for our stay.

The room was well designed in a Santa Fe manner so the ambience was really nice. The staff was very helpful and courteous plus furnished an excellent breakfast with many choices of food, fruit and drinks.

Wonderful, best stay we have had during our trip
-
Great place to stay in Santa Fe - room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good (Leanne was wonderful), and location was great for walking downtown.

Cute charming location
-
Fairly centrally located For the price, I’d expected slightly higher quality. The floor of my bathroom was cracked, all of the blinds had issues and the road was noisy. The innkeepers either talked non stop on arrival, or plugged their health/fitness thing to every single guest they had the opportunity to do so with

Great location - walking distance to downtown - and a fantastic breakfast spread!
-
Lots of choices! Yogurt, granola, and delicious fresh berries!!!! Burritos were from Trader Joe’s. Would have liked authentic Burritos

This is a sweet place! We've stayed before and love it. The rooms are lovely, and the breakfast delicious. It is just a few short blocks from the Rail Runner station and the town center, so we can come up from Albuquerque on the train and walk wherever we choose. No complaints at all!

Pretty good property. Good location - the Plaza end of Agua Fria St - quiet, but close to lots of restaurants and shops. The property's staircases and lighting (indoor and outdoor) are starting to show their age. Good breakfast buffet, and good coffee. The main challenge we had was an exterior light that shown directly in our windows at night, with no acceptable way to block out the light for sleeping. Parking and navigating the tight alleyway into and out of the property were also challenging.

Amazing location & owners. Beautiful decorations, comfy room, walk to the Plaza, shopping & restaurants.

The Guadalupe Inn is an older, small hotel in downtown Santa Fe. The owners are wonderful, and they provide a nice breakfast. The hotel is older, but each room is unique and well furnished. The beds are a bit dated - but not too bad.

The place was very close to the shops walking wise and parking is difficult to find around the shops. So leave your car there. Breakfast was amazing! Very cute and quaint. Great coffee machines in the room!! Bravo! Had the honeymoon sweet. Super cute but could hear everything around the room. The tub was adorable but my man is more comfortable with a full shower and it doesn't have 1. Layout is different and not a private balcony with it. Beds need updating.
