Great updated historical building. Very comfortable and accommodating staff. Great continental breakfast with good coffee. Near many restaurants and shops. Valet parking is available for a fee. A parking garage is across the park from the hotel. Street parking is free from 6pm until 9am.

The boutique hotel is beautiful. Close to resturants and shopping.

Location is great, lots of bars and restaurants close by. The hotel itself is lovely and very clean. Shower water pressure is too low.

Exceptional

Super cool place in the heart of old Santa Rosa. Room was super nice. Staff was great. Breakfast was a little light on options but good nonetheless.

Attractive, No breakfast

Staff were amazing and the building was beautiful. Rooms were on the smaller side, but clean and perfect for what we needed. Lot's of construction around the building in the early morning. Nothing like waking up to a jackhammer. Not the hotel's fault, but a warning would have been nice.

Centrally located and lots of restaurants choices around

This is a lovely hotel. In addition, it is within walking distance of a nice park and at least 50 really great restaurants. There is also a shopping mall close by. Very convenient.

The hotel is right next door to several restaurants. It’s located next to a beautiful town square. The staff is great and very friendly.

Delightful but it was fairly loud due to activities in the park across the street. Room was clean and nice. Fairly small. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.

Breakfast was great. Location was wonderful, within walking distance to restaurants and park across the street. We had our two small dogs and were treated great. There was a pit bull with another guest which was a concern. We’ve been to hotels that have a list for unwelcome breeds and would suggest Hotel E do the same.

I was very comfortable with the updated features in the room. The historical look on the outside made it very charming and not the basic box look of most hotels.

What a beautiful experience we had here! We stayed in a room that had a dual aspect view of the town square...it was really lovely. Very clean, modern room with the charm of a gorgeous old building. Yummy breakfast in the bright, beautiful lobby.

Lots of issues with initial room but staff was able to put us in a nicer room and discounted the first night.

Lots of food nearby. Downtown gets pretty rowdy and loud late at night.
