Days Inn by Wyndham Sarasota Bay

It was a place to shower. Moldy room. Room Smelled bad. Found one cockroach. Make you pay extra for an early check in even though all the rooms were basically empty. Staff not very friendly. The place definitely needs updates

The only thing this place has good is the price and location The room was not properly clean. Sheets had stains. The comforter had cigarettes burns. The towels look like 10 years old. One of the door lock was broken. TV did not work. No USB connector for the phone. Breakfastwas only bread, baggels, old muffins, coffee, cereal tiny pre-pack yogurt not even water or juice. A joke. I am trying to post this but I can't

The check in clerk was nice upon check in. Roaches crawling on the door. No bath towels, no lampshade on floor lamp. Couple live roaches as soon as we turned on the lights. Clerk tried to give us the room next to that room, I said no way. Aj she went about 4 rooms down from that room and I said no, I want a refund. We did not stay there but for some reason I'm getting messages that I am still staying there. Probably getting charged also. I sent this text to the Days Inn on Tamiami have not heard anything asking for a refund

This hotel not as it seems. Checked in about 10 o’clock at night got my room key. There was a person in the room. The door had been left open. It was asleep on the bed. Notified the front desk got a different room walked in very musty lots of mildew. Next morning went up for the so-called breakfast absolutely nothing there to eat. The bed was comfortable the people there are in transitional housing on the backside so it’s very loud and very disrespectful so the other guest.

Unfortunately, there was nothing we liked. terrible experience What a disaster!! Smell mold; extremely humid; unmatching and "hairy" bedding; no wire in the phone so no communication with staff; microwave rusty inside and dirty; broken door lock; shower hear kept falling with the water pressure; TV worked but no cable signal. The staff immediately offered a full refund for me and my son to leave instead of changing the room. Same-day rates were very expensive and most of the hotels were booked, so we decided to stay in that poor condition. They switched our room on the next day TV, phone, and shower head were good, but we saw 2 cockroaches. Ps.: The hotel was hit by the Milton hurricane 17 days ago, the only related issue was the humidity and mold, which they tried to solve by leaving this huge dehumidifier incredibly loud (like a jet sound) 24/7. We turned that off to sleep. The staff did not respect the sign "DO NOT DISTURB" on the door. There was a sign at the front desk indicating "NO ROOM SERVICE DUE TO SHORT STAFF", so what in the world they did do in our room since the only difference we noticed was the curtain was completely open leaving our belongings with no privacy all day long. The breakfast just follows along with the poor quality, quantity, and hygiene as everything described above. I went to the laundry to get towels and saw all the dirty bedding and towels sitting on the dirty floor. The towels were smelly and full of stains clearly not bleached. A HOTEL WITHOUT HOSPITALITY, this is how it's properly described. PLEASE, buy my frustration and don't do it to yourself. Nothing, nothing in this feedback is an exaggeration. Location but other than that, the staff is absolutely horrible. The place was moldy and dirty. None of the vending machines nor pop machines had any kind of product. The staff thinks they can do whatever they want to their guests. There is mold on the walls and extremely dirty. A manager feels that he owns you and can do whatever he feels. The breakfast made me absolutely sick on multiple days. No matter where you're at on the outside or the inside, you could see mold growing on the walls and floors. Even though you may have booked for a week or longer, it doesn't matter, the manager will break into your room probably in attempts to steal things. The parking lot is not large enough to accommodate the amount of guests. Extremely high crime written area with extremely horrible staff. This is listed as a two-star hotel but I'm unsure where the second start comes from, let alone the first. I wish I would have had a chance to take a photos of the mold. However, in the previous reviews you can see the mold an absolutely deplorable conditions of the hotel. The maintenance man was even on drugs and could not even sit still.

Leaving Yes. The worker came to my room a minute before checkout demanding payment and being rude and I just told him I literally spent $---- and I will book it soon and he said check out so I did I will never return!

Clean Room and Comfortable, a little off the freeway but easily accessible. The breakfast is very minimal but everything else is excelent.

The check in process was easy.staff polite. Night clerk couldn't give us 2 towels we asked for. The bathroom was dirty.

Deben mejorar las toallas en las habitaciones están muy gastadas y huelen mal al igual que la ropa de cama. Las almohadas están incómodas y el colchón es suave e inestable. El sofá de la habitación tiene manchas y se ve sucio. La piscina fue lo único que me gustó de este lugar.
