I reserved and paid for a room with a King size bed a month in advance. My wife had to have some unexpected testing done at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah & I wanted to take her a day early to try and relax and enjoy a day and night prior to her appointments. I received an email from you the day before to use the self check in, which I do not do, to make sure Im getting what room I requested. Not to mention, no where in the email did it say my reserved king room had been downgraded to double beds. This was very disappointing and frustrating at check in, when the lady told me they had to give me double beds instead of the king I reserved-well in advance for assurance. I naturally complained and tried to get the room I had confirmation for & was finally told I could call the general manager. Are you serious? “I should call the general manager”. What kind of customer service has Hilton resorted to? She could have simply apologized and said, “Sir, I will be happy to have my GM reach out to you as soon as possible. We finally made it up to our room number 309. Although the linens all seemed nice and clean, the rest of the room and bathroom was clearly not cleaned or dusted. It was extremely unpleasant.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location made is perfect and the cleaning staff and others we met in the hallways were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and was super clean!

Hotel location is great, staff is friendly. Room Disappointed, sticky floors, dust in areas, poor draining sink/shower, and room smaller than website appearance! Balcony is a one person stand that doesn't "feel" comfortable to be on. Limited TV channels so don't go during football season. Upstairs restaurant/bars close at 9:30 so no unwinding and watching a game after that time! Don't recommend

I gave the car to the valet he took 50$ cash and said it wouldn’t be on the bill. 30 mins later I called down the car because I forgot an item in it! For 2.5 hrs they couldn’t find my keys! So pretty much the valet manager was scamming the hotel it was an extremely annoying and unprofessional experience. There was also another person in the lobby that was dealing with the same situation. While we were standing another customer was unhappy with the cleanliness of their room! It was a complete dumpster fire of a situation. The manager refused to compensate me for my inconvenience and there unprofessionalism

It was a nice place. Very hard to put on makeup without a hand mirror. Loved the rooftop bars.

Location was amazing and the whole vibe of the place was excellent. Those original floors…wow! Restaurant in hotel was amazing…both food and drinks were phenomenal Valet area out front is confusing and signage badly needed.

The room was not what I booked. The pictures are not true. Small no balcony… The pictures showed balcony and nice room… I got small room no balcony, no river front view…Noise all night from the street ..

The parking valet was missing much of the time. Need to make him stay put.

Room was not at all like the one Expedia showed us when booking. Arrived to the room to find trash on the window sill, items broken in the bathroom, and filthy floors. Room also smelled overwhelming like mildew
