Convenient to the airport with comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Excellent location. Very clean room. Room seems updated. Nice walk-in shower with built-in closet in addition to the closet that's already in the room. Kicthen area well equipped.Two gas stations downstairs near the entrance to the compound. Wendys accross the street. Shopping and restaurants 6-8 minutes away. Location just off I-95 and only 20 mins from downtown Savanna. AC can get really loud at times. This seems to be a complaint in a number of reviews. But worked well.

Long walk from elevator to room (I had the longest possible walk. Breakfast food had a small selection. Best feature was a quiet comfy bed AND reliable shuttle bus from hotel to airport (10 minutes)

The staff was very unprofessional, I have been traveling for the past 9 years and this was byfar the worst experience I have encountered with hotel staff. The manager and assistant were very rude, the treated like an intruder,

Room was nice Water leaked onto floor when taking a shower and mold growing besides the toilet. Made reservation on booking.com at the total price of $369.34 but I was charged 375.70. so had to contact booking.com

I only dropped by one day,and grabbed some eggs and breakfast sandwiches, which were good! First of all, the gym needs some serious upgrading. There was only one exercise bike, and part of the cover was missing, and there were some weights,and that’s it! Secondly, the shower curtain is too short, thus causing water to get all over the floor. There should have been a shower door installed instead. Thirdly, there was only one chair in the room. With two people in the room, it only makes sense to have two chairs, especially when you are eating. Finally, the bed was too soft, and the bathroom door didn’t close securely.

This is a convenient location for travelers, especially those traveling with pets. I found it quiet and clean.

Property under remodling, lot of dust

It took 25 minutes to check in. She had to go upstairs and see if our room was ready. It was not, then she said she had one other room. So, we finally got to that room. There was NO hot water. Again in the morning, no hot water and nothing they could do about it. She would not even put the manager on the phone, who was “busy doing paper work.” Construction on first floor with debris all over floor.

Very nice. Close to airport so perfect fir midnight arrival. Water pressure in shower was awesome. Nice size suite with kitchette. Outlets in desk are too loose, couldn’t get a charge

Our room smelled like someone had been previously smoking in it and we are both asthmatic so we found that to be disappointing. There also was no plastic matress cover to protect from bed bugs. The smell iteself was disappointing .
