Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport

Location. Staff. Asked for a quiet room, didn’t get one. Blinds in room were broken. Didn’t open at all.

Large room with space to move around. Comfortable bed and amazing pillows. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was poorly lighted. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it smelled sour for the first two days.

Very nice hotel near the airport. The rooms were clean and updated and the gym was enough for a solid workout. Breakfast was great - it’s paid, unless you get the room rate with it included (as I did). I was able to walk to the train station (about a mile away). And the ymca is also very close. I would definitely recommend this property.

This is the ideal spot to stay for cruising Alaska. The staff is incredible and very welcoming! Stayed twice and will stay again!

Close proximity to airport, clean, spacious and very comfortable bed. Easy to use car garage with gate - car and luggage safe. A bit noisy and slightly thing walls.

Very helpful staff. Scott our shuttle driver to and from the airport was the best!

So a few hotel, hotels and hotel room rooms check all the boxes for me, but this one completely did.

Exceptional

The staff was friendly and the parking is easy. Our room was very clean. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well because we could hear everything. Traffic on the road, people in the hallway, even the phone buzzing in the neighboring room. The walls are paper thin and we couldn’t drown it out.

Excellent area, accommodating staff and good food! Staying again next week since enjoyed first stay so much!

Woke up by fire alarm blaring at 10pm. staff passed out a sheet saying they regretted the incident as we all were shuffling back in. Made me think it is a recurring thing. That and the fact that there was no mention anywhere when we made the reservation that there was a $25+ daily charge for parking, which I consider just a pure rip-off. Won't stay there again.

Room was good. Shuttle service was ok in am to airport but was very poor when being picked up prior to stay. Was told about 6 min and it was 35, and not in the spot we were told. Restaurant was very poorly staffed for dinner and breakfast… one waitress managing restaurant and bar. We came in after long travels to waiting on shuttle and waiting quite a while to eat.

Staff and driver were very good !!!!!!!!!!!

Stayed here one night before an early flight. The hotel was clean!
