Ramada by Wyndham SeaTac Airport

We booked a double bed room on october 6 to october 10. I am sharing this experience to the public to share what I have learbed from booking hotels. Front desk staff displayed lack of knowledge in customer service. We got a double bed room and beds are neatly prepared but we saw poop stains in the toilet seat. I went to front desk on to show the pictures of the dirt and requested it be cleaned but no one came the next day. I went back to the front desk to request but I was advised that they can't send a cleaner anymore since it was past 12nn and advised me to wait the next day.

The selling point of this hotel was the proximity to the airport and the Seattle Link rail line. It was a short 10-15 minute walk from the transit station. The lobby featured a unique faux fireplace and an Asian restaurant. Your first view walking in the lobby are pictures of menu items taped along the half wall dividing the restaurant from the lobby. Nice feature if you're hoping to grab some specific cuisine. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Small detail, but the windows opened all the way and there was no screen outside so you could actually stick your head out and breathe the fresh air.

Airport shuttle was supposed to run every 30 minutes in the hour and half hour. Sat in lobby from 10:15 am. No shuttle driver until 11 am. Front desk staff not at all concerned about missing 10:30 am trip. Rude and inconsiderate

My daughter and I were placed in a handicap room, the shower chair that was in the bathroom had poop inside the holes. That morning I seen an adult roach, within the next hour baby roaches were crawling all over the bathroom floor, tub etc. when I went to check out at the front desk and asked for a manager, I was told there wasn’t one, proceeded to explain the issues and she was disgusted and said that’s enough detail. No offer on any compensation for an obvious unfit place that I laid my head unknowing of the situation til the next morning time to check out.

Very sketchy location and VERY outdated. Neighbor across the hall was blasting music at 8am and the paper thin walls made me hear everything. The bed is NOT comfortable. I will not return.

An older hotel with an excellent rate for one near SeaTac airport. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Quiet.

This hotel is a 2 star at best - maybe even a 1. It served its purpose - we were in town for a concert - all hotels downtown were sold out - we were only in the room for maybe 7 hours. This Ramada is VERY run down - its need some attention for sure. Both times we checked in and checked out there was no body at the desk to assist - we just had to wait when checking in - checking out just left the keys and we just walked out. There was mold in the shower. If you are just crashing for a few hours this place is fine - otherwise I’d look elsewhere.

The rooms were clean. Sketchy area, the staff and restaurant lack professionalism. Overall-ok, wouldn’t stay again unless I had to. Parking was sketchy. Signs everywhere to park at your own rock meanwhile employees parked underground on a gated and secured lot.

This hotel was adequate. Our shower was in desperate need of an update, peeling all around the shower. Tub needs to be refinished. Beds were clean floor was iffy.

I likes the room size and the room was properly cleaned. When i was checking in, the frontdesk team werre helpful, they explained me about the parking. The other day, staff team seem to be quite rude. Thanks, overall it was a great experience

Parking lot is dark, and don’t feel safe

Loved that it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. The bathrooms in the rooms were actually terrifying. Wall paper peeling and water damage and weird spots on the doors, walls, and ceiling. The property is very, very dated.

I was very disappointed with the level of customer service. The service was extremely poor, and we had to wait an unreasonably long time for the shuttle. The lack of communication and the excessive waiting time made the overall experience very frustrating. I expected much better service and would strongly recommend improving both customer service and shuttle operations.

Coffee maker were in the bathroom, no mini refrigerator

Our stay was very pleasant. In fact we stayed with you on our return trip. Thank you.

Best hotel me and my fiancé have stayed in yet. The suite we stayed in was everything we hoped for and more.
