Front desk made early check in available for us which we truly appreciated as we were pressed for time for our event.

The only redeemable quality about this hotel was, Tyler. He was helpful, nice, and accommodating. Everything else about this hotel was horrible. There was blood on our sheets, the shower was filthy, there was bugs and ants in the trash, please, take my advice and look for another hotel.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful. I thought breakfast was included in our stay, but the flyer in the room made it appear that you would be charged for the meal. And I had no idea I would be charged an additional $30 to use the parking garage…..

Needing to pay for parking

Property is older and could be kept cleaner. Entrance and main restrooms were dirty when we arrived, somewhat later in the day. The rooms are good size but chipped walls and bathroom fixtures made the room appear older. Overall the location is good in terms of proximity to local attractions, breakfast was decent and bar is convenient. Our main reason for “okay” review is one night someone tried to get into the room and stated he is from the front desk. I had the door security lock on so he could not enter but he obviously had a key and could unlock the door. When we enquired the following morning about the incident, no one knew who tried to enter our room as no incident reports were made by nighttime staff. I would not stay at this location again due to security concerns.

Breakfast to order became a Continental breakfast. Not as advertised. Called the day before to make sure the 2 rooms I reserved were adjoining. Our rooms couldn’t be any farther apart. Room was typical. Comfortable but nothing special.

Well first of all when we got there we got there around 5:00 check-ins around 3:00 they had no rooms ready for us and it took a little bit for him to get them cuz they were short staffed so we went and ate something for dinner and came back to get our room then we get up the next morning to go have breakfast this continental breakfast and there was no hot food I don't know the policy there I don't know if it's because it's a weekend but I was really not satisfied with that I mean the staff was nice but everything else I just am not planning on staying with them again

Well..., i was charged $25 for parking per day X 3 days that was $75....! Lots of money. When making reservation i specifically asked about parking and have been told yes, there is parking but NOBODY TOLD ME IT'S EXTRA AND NOT INCLUDED. They let me feel and believe that it is included. Also - breakfast. I have specifically asked about breakfast and I have bern told that yes, it is included. Only to find out upon checking in that it is not!

Nice facilities and location Our room was right next to the ice machine so it made noise all night

Water in the shower was very weak, no wifi in the building , sound echos all over the place. The person in the room above me was very loud and kept me up all night Will not stay there again
