Exceptional

It was clean and inviting. Nothing

First time staying at hotel and we will be back. Hotel check in very easy and excellent. Room was very clean and roomy. Having a place to eat or have a few drinks is exactly what we prefer at hotels. Food was excellent and again all the staff is polite and helpful.

Great staff Close to all transit and places of interest
-
There was no coffee maker in the room.
-
The hotel is very conveniently located and has all the features a city hotel should have. We especially appreciated the very helpful staff who helped retrieve a lots item! The light rail runs underneath the hotel, and that means that there are periodic rumblings that can be felt in the room.
-
Staff is always great, restaurant is good, lots of things nearby to do, room was clean and comfortable. We stay every time we go to the Paramount Theater.

Good

The evening staff was very helpful but my key would not open my assigned room. Someone was in the room when staff went with me to check out the problem. Then they assigned a new room and key and that did not work too. The staff was apologetic but it was annoying.

Location of this property is amazing and sits perfectly to get to Pikes Place Market and Downtown, Light Rail System, and also easy walk up to Capital Hill neighborhood. The hotel is clean and feels new. The restaurant is also a positive amenity.
