Nice enough hotel in a convenient location. Our room was a bit of a disappointment, in that it was very cramped and the window let no light in at all as there was a wall immediately in front of it. Bit pointless having the window there at all to be honest. They need to be more transparent about the $25 credit we had from Expedia each day. It was impossible to see on the invoice at the end that the $50 had been applied and I had to ask the reception staff to show me how it had been applied. It could have been shown as a credit on my invoice, which would have saved any confusion or questions afterwards. Hotel is in a good location and breakfast was pretty good and not too expensive. Staff were mostly very friendly, but a bit off hand when challenged about the discount. All in all, it's a decent location.

We had a 2 night stay with no complaints. The hotel was very conveniently located and walkable to many eateries. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Ideal location for downtown attractions and ferries. The main desk staff were pleasant, efficient and very helpful. Dove was especially kind and offered great suggestions in answering my questions. Our room was extremely clean and offered a nice view of Pike Place Market and the harbor but was a bit cramped and lacked a closet. We enjoyed brunch in the hotel before heading to the airport.

Super friendly staff, very clean, great location. Street outside a little noisy but brown noise app on the phone took care of that. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the room and the rooftop bar

Hotel was great! Staff was friendly and the location was awesome! 3 minutes from Pikes Market. The only issue we had was the shower that did not have a door, so the water would leak out onto the floor. That was our only concern. Other than that, we would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seattle.

I had booked a waterfront view room. I arrived about 10 minutes before 4pm check in and was told it would be 20 minutes before my room was ready. The desk attendant stored my suitcase and I took a walk around Pike place. When I returned I was told they gave me an upgrade to a terrace room, which I accepted. There was a terrace overlooking downtown. I don't think it was an upgrade. I wish I had pressed for the water view I wanted.

Great location and very cool interior in a historic, lovingly renovated building. Loved the rooftop bar which hosted a live music event during our stay!

Beautiful hotel!! Very pricey, but the amenities and easy access to pike market make it absolutely worth it!
