Great place to get away and relax got a lot of amazing things to do. They even have a scavenger hunt for kids a wonderful outside dining experience.

Bed bugs: Very disappointed as I checked into my room for around and hour, laid down for a quick rest before going back out for a bit. Once I noticed bites on my arms in a set of three I became concerned. I actually saw bedbug that bit me and tapped it to burst with blood. The hotel did report and “found no evidence” of bed bug infestation. That does not mean they looked hard enough, or treated the specific room I was in for the infestation. Refund or not I won’t be going back. If I was bit, informed staff and immediately checked out in less than a two hour window… after multiple overnight stays there when in the area over the last year; and they didn’t feel my encounter was valid. I am worried about more than bedbugs.

Evening pontoon trespass- excellent guides. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Fresh catch for dinner was excellent. Initial room smelled like cat urine. We mentioned this to front desk and they moved us to a new room.
