Protest was very well kept and all amenities worked great ! Far beyond better than most hotels in Sheridan. We travel there often and will definitely be staying at Candlewood again !

nice amenities very dirty , nasty on floor around toilet , shower did not look clean has about 8 hairs i wiped out of shower , bath floor didn’t look cleaned

Hotel Manager Reneria and assistant Rea were OUTSTANDING!!! They both gave us over and above customer service, they both are amazing!! We’ve stayed at other Candlewood properties. This was our first stay in one in Sheridan Wyoming. We highly recommend this property and when the opportunity arises for us to stay in Sheridan again we will stay here!!!! Our suite was beautiful, cozy, and sparkling clean!! Thank you for an outstanding stay on our trip!! LOVELY!!

Nice room and well appointed, with a functional kitchen, plates and utensils.The staff were all very friendly and professional and the hotel was very clean and provided the perfect access to activities in town. I enjoyed our stay. That said, I would have also enjoyed a few laps in the pool if they would have had one. That's honestly the only critical comment I have.

This place offers ample parking and is conveniently located near the highway. The staff was friendly, and the room was spotless. It’s also close to shops, restaurants, and a Walmart.

I had booked two rooms through Expedia. I got an email that I had 2 rooms. When we arrived they only found one room under my last name. They had another available room so there was no problem. I then started checking the Expedia website (as there is no phone number to call) and it appeared that the other room was under the last name of one of my other travelers. I returned and they found it and used that for our second room. This was disturbing especially when there was no one to talk with who would take responsibility to find the problem. The rest of the stay was good but watch out for this !
