Clean room

Everything was clean, they are currently under construction. The reason for the not great review is the bed was VERY firm. If you like a very firm mattress, this would be a great hotel for you.

The rooms had all recently been “renovated”. It did have new paint and wall paper. The bed was fine but so many other things were old, rusty, and bad. I’ll not stay again.

Sherry the Assistant Manager is a dream problem solver!! She was so helpful, kind, understanding to us!!!! She is a getter done manager and made us feel like we were the only guests!! Even though the place was full!!! We come here every year and she made this trip so flawless!! Thank you

Quiet, clean and convenient property. The property is currently undergoing renovations. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The shower was a little problematic. There is a gap between the bottom of the shower doors and the lip of the shower enclosure so water leaks out all over the floor. Also the faucet was difficult to rotate. Breakfast was good.

Room was clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with several options.

They are making updates to the property but everything was clean and there was nothing that wasn’t accessible.

Grace; this hotel is being remodeled, so I am confident it will have better reviews in the future. Great front of house staff! Our pup had a great time with Cabelas walking oath and pond right across road. First room was gorgeous but had ‘tepid water.’ They moved us without an issue. Second room was not completely redone but had hot water. TVs were very small and the ‘Guide’ did not work so you had to surf by channel names without knowing what might be on. Stairwells had a strong odor of ‘moisture.’ Breakfast was not on par with other Hamptons, warm, and not the buffet that was advertised. The coffee was not hot, saw no attendant. Got breakfast on the road. Again, this will surely receive higher ratings when remodel is complete.

Under renovation they should tell you that no access to pool door was broke all the room # were not hung on door just laying on floor by the doors

The property was under reconstruction,. Our room had a funny odor and requested a different room, but I was told I would be up charged if I moved to a different room.

When we got there, it was very nice and clean. Person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. When when we got to the room, we discovered the remote for the TV didn’t work. We turned it on, but then we couldn’t turn it off or turn the channels. So we figured it just needed some new batteries. My husband went down to get them and they said that was a housekeeping job. So we had unplugged the TV to turn it off. Then we went to use the phone and the cord came right out from behind the phone. So we couldn’t even come down to the front desk.

easy check in. The site is under renovations (I think they were renovating when I was here last year as well)...but I could be wrong. Plenty of parking on the lot and some good food choices in town and next door (Applebee's).

Covenient for I-80 travelers with clean, comfortable rooms and the solid Hampton Inn breakfast that gets the next travel day started off right.

Property is under construction. Rooms signs not on doors. Room had strong smell of renovation and was obviously recently remodeled. That made it super clean. Grounds were "ok". Felt safe "ish". Front desk guy was nice and helpful.

Desk clerk with not very friendly. Basically handed me the room key and that was it.

Location The shower leaked like a sive.
