The hotel was old. The parking lot seemed dangerous people were taking up two spaces to park. I mean u get what u pay for. It was only about $120 dollars and I didn't see a bedbug.

The property was good and the staff was great.

It’s okay for what it cost. Room was clean but there were scuff marks on the floor and i did find a spider in the corner. Other than that, it was fine.

You get what you pay for. Dingy, loud, lousy amenities, scratchy towels, key needed replaced, coffee in lobby undrinkable. Like I said, you get what you pay for.

Not clean room Staff are not helpful
-
Easy check in with late registration. Quiet area. Only 1 very small bar of soap.

excellent water pressure, friendly helpful staff, both refrigerator and microwave in room hotel was not same style as pictured on site (I don't stay at hotels without halls), numbering of rooms was confusing, site claimed it was "feet away from metro station" yet it was a 20 min walk (I'm a walker so it wasn't a big deal to me but it may be to others)

Before arriving to the hotel, I called to see if the conditions had changed since the negative reviews. After finally getting someone on the phone, I was told that the rooms had been renovated. Upon entering, the room smelled of strong bleach, which was suspicious. I stepped in water in the bathroom because the toilet leaked. When I turned on the water in the tub, there was dirt floating in the water. I didn't know if it was already in the tub or if it came out of the faucet. I didnt get in. Decided to take a bird bath. The water never completely drained from the tub. After 2 nights, I discovered the reason for the strong bleach smell. The room smelled of mildew.

No customer service, no greeting, no assistance from the owner who was the one checking me in. There is NO elevator. The room had newer appliances, but the beds are hard, and I was honestly afraid to sleep in the bed. It was not what I was expecting, and it was my fault for playing closer attention to what I am booking. I don't care who you are, at any establishment there should be some customer service. Hope this helps.

Very dirty room and smelled bad. The entire area looks unkept and sketchy. Old amenities and the walls had holes and markings. What I particularly did not appreciate was the hotel manager forcing herself into my room twice for reasons I do not understand. Luckily I bolted the door but I was terrified when she did this. It would have been better if you called the room asking your question rather than forcing yourself into my room while I was I was in the shower was completely inappropriate. I would never stay at this location ever again.
