Parking, pick up A quick breakfast at the front desk while you wait to check in to your flight at the airport. The young man on staff on the morning of my check-out on Oct. 11th helped me with a concern about my reservation that I made a month earlier! He went the extra mile!

Front desk staff person was friendly and exceptionally customer oriented. Everything in room worked (alarm clock, fridge, phone, microwave.) Breakfast packaged items were nice at 4:15 AM.

Room was very clean. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The convenience of having the hotel connected to the airport was amazing. No stress!

The AeroStay has aged since my last stay 3 years ago. Then it was so cute and clean that i booked again. The pros for the hotel are that it is very convenient to the airport, the staff are very helpful, and it is very soundproofed against the planes taking off out back. But — the common areas and rooms are showing their age, parking is $12 a day (at the airport short-term lot — no in-and-out privileges), and my room wasn’t cleaned in the four days i was there. In fact, I had to ask someone to take my trash and give me clean towels. This is a good place to stay if you need to catch a 6:00am flight (you can walk next door to the terminal), but for a multi-day stay, I’d stay at a Convention Center area hotel.

This bed was soooo comfortable! For being next to an airport it is a very quiet restful place. Having access directly into the airport is a bonus. No going outside and easy to wheel your luggage into airport. Or to even go into airport to grab a bit to eat or a coffee. parking. there is only 15 minute parking in front of hotel, after that you have to park in airport short term parking and walk back to hotel. You also have to pay for that parking.

Really enjoyed our stay. The grab and go breakfast in the morning was super helpful as we were catching an early flight. If you’re traveling with children (toddler, in my case) this is a game changer. The hotel is connected to the airport, so getting checked in was incredibly smooth. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We especially appreciated the staff who were welcoming and considerate of our needs. Think this is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where the front desk was proactive and called to see if we needed anything. The only downside was parking is paid airport parking.

The location adjacent to the airport was perfect for early morning flight. They even offered a grab and go breakfast for departures leaving before breakfast started. The person who checked me in was AMAZING. Friendly, efficient, and very welcoming. The person who checked me out was the opposite. It was so different. There was a bug on my pillow case which I didn't report as I was tired and already dressed for bed and didn't want to move. I searched for others and didn't find anything. Small room with everything one could need for an overnight stay.
