Location of property was great. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room and building, inside and out were not clean. The shower pressure was awesome. We went to look at the hot tub and opted out because the plaster is worn away and trash all over the pool deck. Breakfast is included but again we opted out. The waffle iron was so old and rusted. The staff was nice and when we asked for extra pillows, they were limited and reluctant to give us anymore. I won’t stay again

It was fine. Clean enough. I was charged twice for the stay and still trying to figure that out. $100 deposit was returned.

Located next to freeway and train station. A little dated. But beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Travelling from Australia, you're not too sure about places. Just needed somewhere to shower and rest for a night to break up the driving. On arrival, the place seemed a little sketchy. Being close to the trains and motorway you'd think the noise would affect your sleep. But it didn't really affect our sleep.

I'm not sure which property these positive ratings are for, but this place should be 1 star. Before I even got to the room, the elevator had peeling wall paneling, and the metal doors looked like dirty mop-bucket water had been splashed and smeared across the walls. The room was dirty, with holes in the walls and obvious, poorly patched damage to the ceiling. The window had a torn screen flapping in the wind. The walls were splattered with some white substance. The sink drained very slowly. The carpet was fraying in the room and in the hallways. The room smelled musty, with heavy deodorizer trying to mask it. When I checked in, I was given a room that was already occupied. I heard loud talking and the TV as I approached the door. When I knocked, the occupant answered and said they had been assigned the room. It was obviously a mix-up. The front desk staff member did not immediately assign me a different room. Instead, she went to the room (on the first floor) to check if I was right. She appeared to be irritated by all and eventually assigned me a different room. This was after 10 pm.

Room wasn’t clean and the TV didn’t work and there was nobody to help. After checking in and paying with a credit card I was told I had to pay another $100 deposit in case I damaged the room . I don’t know how I could have made my room look worse than it already was. The doors were scuffed the floors dirty. DONT STAY HERE

I am giving this two stars because it was slightly better than staying in my car. I booked a king suite for my boyfriend and I because I wanted to treat us after driving for 7+ hours one way and doing the same thing the next day. I was excited to go to the pool in the morning too. We arrived after midnight, and the clerk had trouble checking us in but it seemed to be software issues. Then he informed me that there is a $100 security deposit for the room. I was not expecting this, but I paid. When we got into the room, the entry way was sticky and there was an iron burn on the entry bench. I should have asked for a new room but it was late and I was too tired. At that point, I went to the restroom and found a cigarette butt on the floor and ink stains in the shower. The floor looked a little crusty too. And the shower rod was at an odd angle. I took pictures of the room before going to bed so we'd get our deposit back. The bed was actually really comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The pool opened at 10:00. Check out is 11:00. I don't know who wants to go swimming for only an hour (less if you have to pack and shower afterwards) so no swimming for us. I went looking for a bag to put dirty laundry in and looked under the sink and a funky smell hit me. It was full of trash. I looked through the rest of the kitchenette. Mystery item in the freezer and dirty microwave. We checked out, told the desk clerk about our issues and she immediately refunded our deposit.

Beds were comfy, cheap Got pink eye from the pillows, pipes in the shower were deafening, didn’t even have a bed frame or headrest

Natasha the morning front desk woman is awesome. Very friendly and accommodating.

The cost and that i could take my dog. The night lady was really pissy. I lost my wallet, so i had the paper temporary. Well, she didnt like that, she folded it the way she wanted it and i was going to say rough night hu, buti left it alone. No smile no nothing like i ate her children. My ex tried to kill himself the dog and im sure i would have been next. I had a horrible few days and many more to come. So she sucked. The morning lady was so kind and nice. So thank you nice lady. The place isnt fancy but it works when your running for your life.
