Stains on the chair,tvs didnt work 100 deposit for a room that was gross, the water didnt get hot,the ceiling was cracked previous water leak marks in the hallway also on the ceiling the bathroom light flickerd. Wouldnt recommend unless u just need a roof over your head in an emergency.

Put me in a room without WIFI refused to change my room, I checked out and asked for a refund the same day and was only refunded for 2 nights of a 3 night stay. Terrible experience

Would give zero stars if possible. Do NOT stay here. The hotel was dirty and quite literally falling apart. The carpeting and tile floors were stained and sticky, the rooms and public areas were dirty and smelled bad, the ceiling was falling down in numerous places and they taped up clear plastic sheets to prevent ceiling debris from falling onto guests. The window wouldn’t close properly in our room and the thermostat didn’t work either, so the room was really chilly as well (around 50-55F). The free breakfast room featured a giant mouse/rodent trap and the same dirty/dingy appearance. Everything about this hotel was vile. They even charged me a $200 cash security deposit upon check-in (despite already paying for the rooms in advance online). Fortunately, I got a receipt and the cash was returned to me during check out. We came here with my in-laws and we BEGGED them to leave once we saw the condition of this hotel, but they insisted on staying because we’d already paid in advance. We slept on top of the covers with our clothes and shoes on, and left ASAP the following morning without daring to shower or eat in that disgusting place. I wasn’t brave enough to visit the pool — the hotel looked like a scene from a horror movie , a TV crime drama, or a spooky video game where everyone gets murdered. We survived though, so I guess that’s worth 1 star. The restaurant next door (Kirby’s Coney Island) was clean though, and both the food and the service were great.

Good Staff but the Breakfast could be better, the faucet handle in the bathroom sink were nor working properly, 1 elevator was broken at to walk down the the 1st floor lobby to get to your room. The Card to open my door went down on me 3 times in 48 hrs 😩. But the staff services is really good 👍

The hotel appeared to be in the process of renovation. Dust and debris was all over the hallways. The room itself was fairly clean. I had to leave when I found red stains on the edge of one of the sheets. I wasn't sure if it was blood, paint, or bedbugs residue (I never actually saw bugs).

The place was old and decrepit. The room was gross, literal wet towel, dirty carpets, and the bed smelled like body odour. There was no warm water. The elevator didn’t work. Terrible stay.

Poor service which is that coffee is not enough service in the morning and construction which is to change the floor wood and to make me poor service for the guests, Some of the elevator is out of service is going upstairs ok but, going down it’s not working., carrier wheel is not working correctly.

Rooms were filthy, only reason I had stayed was the area I needed to take care of business, and being tired from traveling. The mold and roaches was a deal breaker. Moved to 3 different rooms. Breakfast was old, like do not eat the sausage or eggs. You'll get sick. Mold in the ice machine is crazy work.

REGULAR CHECK IN....ENTERING LOBBY BROKEN, LEANING, SCRATCHED TABLE..... ELEVATOR NUMBERS CROOKED LET OFF ON WRONG FLOOR GOING UP AND COMING DOWN... AMENITIES POOR, LIGHT FRAMES DIRTY...THEY DEFINITELY CAN STEP IT UP A NOTCH... IT'S UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ....GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!!!

The area ! Internet does not work properly the tub was old and dirty looking. The refrigerator was dirty along with the toilet and no hot water to even shower! Very inconvenient ! Spent money and couldn’t even use the room expect to sleep woke up and checked out! Don’t recommend at all !
