Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square

Exceptional

It was great

nice room and near shopping square

Very nice!!

My room was not cleaned all day on Sunday, even though we left the room since 9:30am, and we made sure we took off the Don´t Disturb sign... We were not expecting that from this kind of hotel. The rest was very nice, staff friendly, room clean and good condition, location is perfect. Food at restaurant for breakfast was ok... nor great.

Superb

Valet and front desk staff were helpful. The room was so incredibly dark. I asked for a makeup mirror, which was accommodated, but even that light was very dim. We also didn't have any view.

Passable

Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Only thing negative would be finding a place to park. But we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property. Outstanding customer service, everyone was so helpful, professional and friendly. Room was spacious, clean and cozy. Location was amazing and amenities were enjoyable.

Thanks

Unbelievable service!

Breakfast

Location was fantastic. Breakfast was good and service was ok Valet parking was ok but had no one working due to illness. Front desk parked our car. Mattress was hard and not comfortable

Hilton Southlake was an excellent choice for a small gathering of friends. Access to area restaurants, shopping, and overall easy check in and check out, made for an enjoyable weekend stay. Everything you need is within walking distance out the front door.

Beautiful aesthetics, clean, comfortable and in the middle of premium shopping. You can park right on street in front of hotel to avoid parking fees

Southlake... If you know, you know.

Excellent getaway experience. This hotel is embedded in a town center, so there's plenty of shopping and restaurants literally within walking distance from the front door. The location is perfect for access to highways ans major roads. The staff were nice, engaged, and helpful. The room was clean, cleaning staff were on the job and attentive. I had literally zero problems.

Everything about the hotel, the staff, the grounds, etc. was absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

Great place!
