Residence Inn by Marriott Reno Sparks

What a treat, we really enjoyed this property. It was well appointed and very quiet. Close to many dining, shopping and entertainment options. The breakfast offered had all the options we could have wanted. If any note to management, I would say that you're doing great; and could you please upgrade your bathroom tissue to a product more in keeping with the high end vibe of the property? A small item in a stellar visit! We will definitely stay here again!

location Bed was very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. 2 days later I am receiving email from Thailand (in a foreign language) from Marriott - Residence Inn. Thanks for sharing my private information.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this property was. Nice, comfortable room. Great location with plenty of dining and entertainment options.

Friendly greetings upon arrival. Responded quickly to simple request like shower chair and how things worked in the room. Always had a smile and helpful.

Everything

Loved this hotel. Comfortable, clean. Perfect. The pet fee is $150 for the stay, whether it's a one-night stay or a 30-day stay. So be warned that it's a STEEP pet fee for a one-night stay.

Very nice place we would definitely stay there again!

I can't praise the staff enough, they upgraded our room to a ground floor suite after learning my wife had mobility issues. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, the breakfast was hot and tasty. They arranged parking for my truck and trailer nearby. I felt like one of a large family during the stay.

Helpful, welcoming We. Do not stay anywhere else. They are very welcoming to our dog as well.

Has a lake just out the back door with walking path and other activities. Perfect after a day of traveling in the car. Breakfast was also quite impressive with selections that included a few dairy free options.

Only Lacking a hot tub Everything else very nice

Amazing staff and clean hotel.

Great customer services at front desk and in breakfast area.
