Excellent place,affordable, and great friendly staff!

hmmm..... well, interesting place. Find something better.

We were traveling across country with 2 service animals. We had no issues the staff is nice, the parking lot is small but found a spot. The motel is a little on the older side but was clean with comfortable bed and a bunch of spots to eat were walkable. For the price it was fine.

The woman who checked us in was incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly. She had a great attitude, told us everything we needed to know, and got us in to our room right away. The room was very clean - it didn't have carpet, which I prefer, but in other hotels hard-surface floors can be sticky. These floors felt like they had been cleaned thoroughly! The only downsides were that other guests smoked right outside their doors, and the smoked wafted in to our room. Also, it smelled like someone had smoked pot in the bathroom. Keeping the AC fan on low all the time helped. Of course these were issues with other guests, not the proprietor.

Was a great basic room, nothing fancy but served its purpose. The beds are a bit hard for me but other than that great little place. Will stay again next year for Street vibes

It wasn't a hotel with any frills and I knew that when I made the reservation. A few reviews spoke about uncleanliness and I was happy that it wasn't true in my room. The bathroom sink didn't drain well, and the bathtub and shower need refurbishing. It was clean but is old and shabby. The rooms are non-smoking, but people were outside their rooms smoking cigarettes and/or weed. I disliked having to walk through that smoke and odor to get to my room. The elevator area seemed to need more lighting for security and safety reasons.

The property was a little run down. It was clean, but old, could use new fixtures and a paint job. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. The shower head was very low and there was an extension cord running along the wall in front of the bathroom door that was a little sketchy. The bed was very comfortable. It was OK for the one night, but was glad our plans changed and didn’t need to stay in Sparks going back home

OK, I fell for it. The property pictures suggest that this is an older Victorian house converted to a hotel but nothing is further from the truth: this is just a Motel 6 like property, an old and tired one. Functional but disappointing. It's very noisy too, the Wifi was useless inside the room, absolutely no amenities. Even the vending machine was broken. We were very disappointed.

I was unable to check in to my room. You must arrive before midnight! The main office closes at midnight, so my 12:30 am arrival time was too late to check in. So frustrating!

The room was very clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Staff is great. Rooms are not. Horribly filthy. Dead bugs on counter next to microwave. You could feel the sticky grit on the floor through our socks. Sheets had hair on them from who knows, but definitely wasn't ours. Coffee maker was broken and had to go down to check in desk to get a cup of coffee. Not what I would call an 'anemity". On top of that, neighborhood surrounding property felt very unsafe, and the guy that checked us in for our stay even told us to NOT visit the nearby 7-11 due to shady area. This was not worth $115. We won't be back.
