Absolutely everything was perfect.!!! Especially loved the staff!

Hotel was clean and people were nice. Breakfast could have had better options but overall decent.

25 mile thing for the locals don’t make sense

Breakfast was good,pancakes or waffles could have been added. I stayed on the 2nd floor but I walked on the first floor and it smelled like mildew in a lot of areas

The staff is very friendly and down to earth, they always keep the rooms clean and maintained.

Did not eat breakfast at all. Decided to visit the Waffle House next door. Was more private than an open dining room. Coffee was fine. As I stated we did not eat at the Sparks Hilton

There were Bed bugs in room 126! I had to check out early due to numerous bug bites on backside. Manager and General Manager were notified and I am still waiting for a response.

Wasn’t the worst experience but the experience was no where near what I would consider the “Hilton” experience..some staff members spoke and looked to help most didn’t.. my reservation was some how split so as a result I had to spend more money so I felt hustled..no one gave me a tour or informed me about any of the amenities on the property.. the breakfast was complimentary but very subpar and was half empty at 7:30am when I went to serve myself and the “fresh fruit” presented for breakfast was half rotten.. the experience didn’t live up the “Hilton” name but I can say at least the Property was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable..all the lights and TV worked but I honestly would never have a stay at the Spark hotel

The room was clean and fresh smelling. There were no Microwave and the breakfast was nowhere near what I expected from Hilton property. Overall I rate my stay as unsatisfactory. For the cost and service I don't expect to stay again.expect to stay with you again.

Didn’t stay at property. Very ghetto environment, poor location representing Hilton. Staff at check in desk exceptional. Did not stay at Location. Terrible!!!!

A hidden gem! I was very satisfied with this property! The king room that I purchased was huge and very nicely decorated with modern decor. Everything was extremely clean. The only complaint I have is that the attendant at the front desk kept telling me the deposit did not go through but when I checked later, the payment had been processed three times!! Not a huge concern because it will be credited back, however, the issue caused a huge delay with checking in. Keep in mind the price you pay online does not include the $75 deposit and it is charged at check-in. Other than that, it is one of the best places to stay in the Spring Lake/ Hwy 87 area. The breakfast was not so great, but there is a Waffle House and other restaurants in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Thanks Hilton! Well done!
