Nothing good here. This place needs an upgrade.

Good lounging, only shortcoming; in 2 bedroom suites only one bathroom.

I loved the room The cleaning room service. They will not get ur room cleaned if u want them to clean sometimes even when the do not disturb is not there and when we told them this whole exiting the hotel, they said this is bcz u booked from a third party so some services are just complimentary.

Staff was

Nothing Everything! Staff wasn’t able to help me locate the hotel, the construction blocked entrances, caused damage to cars, toilet didn’t work and bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a wood floor. I will never stay here again!

I liked the set up and it had everything that I wanted it to have. I didn’t like not getting my Bonvoy points from Marriott and being charged and additional $150.00 each time I checked in for a total of $300.00. When I made the booking, full payment was required upfront for the entire stay, with no refund if I didn’t use the reservations and then the additional $300.00 at check in .

Spacious and clean rooms.

I liked my room and it’s lay out. I didn’t like having to be prepaid and then charged and additional $150.00 , especially after you sent a message that no one should ask for additional funds. When I return for the last leg of my trip I will have to pay an additional $150.00 and I can’t even change hotels since I already was made to prepay my stay.

Convenient and good staff.

We were a little unsettled this trip. We called the hotel stating we need a room looking at the parking lot because we are on motorcycles. 2). There are 2 lights out in the back parking lot which made it very dark. 3). There was a car that came in very late with lights off parked between 2 trucks couldn't get out so it was a drug deal or prostitution. Then the car left with light still off. Then when that building opens you don't who be in the parking lot. I don't know if we will be back. Or maybe they can give 2 car parking spots and make motorcycle parking. I think they should have cops patrol to make the rift raft stay away.

Everything good here. Very spacious rooms with 2 bedroom options and full fridge not mini one. Good for families and anyone traveling with a dog or cat. Good location.

The staff and location was perfect! It could have been more quiet after 11pm in the halls.

Need more parking space

It checks the box for a suite hotel with a hot shower, clean room and breakfast. It is worn. About time for a refurb. But it is acceptable.

We liked the two bedroom suite option; However, I had reserved a mobility accessible two bedroom because my mother cannot get in and out of a full tub, but we were not given the mobility accessible suite and were too tired to work out something else. What made it worse for my mother was the elevator being out of order. We were told that the 2 bedroom suites were only on the 4th floor, so my mother had to climb the stairs to the floor. As you can imagine, this was very difficult for her since I she does in fact have mobility issues. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and apologetic for the elevator issue. The room itself was ok, but definitely needs some maintenance. One of the bedroom door was missing the internal mechanism on the door handle, and some of the outlets were loose from the wall and you could see the electrical wires. Luckily we only had to stay for one night-and my mother had to tackle those stairs only once. Unfortunately, this won’t be a place I stay a second time.
