Location Having to PAY extra to park on their property. Where else could we have parked other than their property. If they want more money, hide it in the overall price

OVerall, things were OK. The room, though well maintained and presntable had a musty smell and it seemed damp. I did nothave that experience when I stayed at this hotel back in July. Also, one of the other guest had a dog. While I generally have no objection to this, I DO have an issue with the dog yappingearly in the moring 630-7:00 AM or at 11:30 PM or 1:45 AM! YEs, 1:45 AM.

Did not use the on premises dining The carpet in the hallway was in bad need of cleaning. The exterior door access was not working causing me to walk further than I wanted ( rear door, right side door)

The room was very nice. Staff was extremely kind, checking in was super easy.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. It is located close to the beach and we enjoyed walking to the beach and enjoying the sunrise. We also enjoyed eating at the restaurants located near the hotel.

Nice lobby, clean hotel, location perfect to attend a concert at the amphitheatre. Good restaurants nearby for dinner and breakfast. The person at check was not professional, she took a really long time to check us in, we had three rooms requested together and she acted confused, staring at the computer and giggling to herself. We did not get rooms close but they were all on the same floor. She was definitely not a good first impression.

Crystal, the front desk clerk, was very helpful and friendly. Victor the cook and the waitress who is from Cuba went above the call of duty to offer great food and service to me. This was easily a 5 star motel for me.

The hotel was perfect for our brief stay. It was spacious, quiet, and we were able to walk to the beach and enjoy the sunrise. It was perfect.

Easy access to the beach and lots of dining options nearby. My daughter loved the pool but the hot tub was out of service. We called the front desk to request more towels but the lady wasn’t sure if she could get them for us? Had to walk to the front desk and ask in person which wasn’t ideal.
