This is a nice property in a great location. Walkable to the Arch, Busch Stadium, Amtrak, Union Station and Laclead's landing. The common areas are gorgeous. The rooms are getting dated. However, they are clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again. The staff is friendly, helpful and delightful.

The location was great. Walking distance to everything we had hoped to do. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, both in person and over the phone! The rooms were very dated. Our room smelled extremely musty and the carpet was damp with water damaged walls. The wallpaper was peeling and there were chipped tiles in the bathroom. Our toilet only partially flushed (they did send someone to look at this).

Location and the old stylish lobby.

Very good historical place! But they do not include breakfast!? One can pay some big money extra for it.

Lobby staff and restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. Steps away from the Dome which was very convenient for a concert venue.

Pretentious staff. Rude and judgemental. If I pay for a stay in your hotel, I dont care how I compare to your members. If they dont want the general, no so snotty public in the hotel, dont sell rooms. Judged for drink choices and what we wear. What a joke.

This is our first choice to use when we are in town for a game.
