Red Roof Inn St Louis - Westport/ Maryland Heights

Not a single thing. The list of what I did like is smaller. I have never been so disappointed, disgusted, and overall highly discouraged to stay at another Red Roof again. The staff wasn’t friendly, the room wasn’t accommodating for a handicap person, and the room was absolutely and entirely disgusting. I had to pull back all the sheets which were stained up, like it had never been changed ever, the bed appeared as if someone had literally died in it, and the floor was so sticky I have to avoid from falling from my shoes sticking. I had told the front desk of issues and she wasn’t concerned one bit. I asked for new sheets (which they only had flat sheets apparently), and cleaner I had a dog in the room and I’m sure that room after I left was cleaner than we found it. We would have went somewhere else if it was refundable, at this point the therapy from how revolting the room is would be more expensive than us being out of the money for the horribly disgusting, absolutely sickening place you call a room. I will never go to another red roof or refer anyone I actually liked to this place.

The staff is lovely and so respectful. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The place is spotless clean and soooo quite. I gave a 9 stars simply because the room was right next to the exit door and we couldn't sleep not even 5 minutes due to the door being so loud and slamming. Even when it didn't slam, the door was so loud when people pushed to open because is like metal..And it kept hitting the wall very loud. It was horrible. They need to change them doors or find a way to separate those doors with something else. Other than that, this is a very nice hotel

cockroaches crawling up the walls one 1️⃣ n the bed. no microwave. cigarette burn marks smelled awful old cigarettes and lysol. entry room to room the keyboard not work had to wait almost 2 hours just to enter. old paint marks screw holes shower was nasty parts hanging off the shower head arm. refused to give refund. people smoking marijuna in the parking lot. homeless people walking on and near the property the agent constantly used profanity in front of me and other guest i slept on the chair with my feet in the bed because of roaches on the bed and wall the room smelled really bad but because of the clients i saw staying there i did not want to leave window open. never will i stay at red roof again. the 2nd hotel in hazelwood was not much better. nasty cigarette smell, screw holes all over bathroom dirt and grime on boarding cigarette burns on the sink. paint stains in shower my feet turned black from walking on the floor. explained , my flight did not come in until after 8pm. so they cancelled my reservation. the best thing on both places of stat was leaving no coffee makers coffee tea. red roof inn coffee dispensers always empty the sugar decanter was filthy had dirt and crust all over the top of it. i have pictures of it all. and again with cockroaches in bed and wall, refused refund after showing photos of roaches and filth

Clean room and nice staff good price

Won’t let your get your full refund or deposit back even if you didn’t stay none of your booked days. Key card to the first room didn’t work and the second room was filthy. Staff practically begged to show us other rooms after we constantly said, “no thank you, we’re okay.” People are laid out in the parking lot. Everything and everyone look suspicious. Overall, felt unsafe and uncared for.

I liked the price until I return to my room that evening and came back to all of my toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, moisturizer, socks, and underwear missing. Then the staff gives me attitude like I’m lying. Been two days and still getting ran around They threw my belongings away and have no decency.

Nothing at all ....the tv didn't work at all couldn't get the phone to work to call downstairs....and the place stunk like mildew.....I won't be staying there again ...this was the 2nd and last time ....it keeps getting worse My TV didn't work the phone didn't work and it smelt like mildew it was nasty ....dont recommend this place at all unless it's a have to ....the smell was horrible...

Housekeeping is very friendly. I got bit by a spider while I was sleeping (I had to go to urgent care). This facility was not clean. The towels and bedding had stains on them. The shower/bath had mold in it. The microwave was broken. There were issues with the tv. The front desk was rude at times. There were noise disturbances outside.

Nothing smells so much of smoke you're rates are fake

Nothing , bugs, bed sheets not clean, pillows have lot of marks Bugs, every where no clean, broken locks, pillows, sheets, bed sheets nothing clean

Nothing Everything. It was dirty the towels and the bedding were both dirty or stained really bad floor was sticky.
