The owners, Brian and Steph are fantastic. They made a good stay a great stay. If I ever return to St Petersburg, I will stay at the Inn on 3rd.

Nice staff and cozy/quiet place to stay. Great location and easy parking/check-in. I know the place is over 100 years old or something, but the bathroom door stuck badly (which made very loud noise every time you opened/closed it), bathroom sink faucet broke and wouldn't shut off (had to shut the water off under the sink), and the bath tube was cheap plastic material that flexed when you took a shower (unstable). Despite the age of the hotel, these are all things that can be fixed/updated. I was kind of surprised when I mentioned the broken faucet that the woman at the desk did not even apologize or seemed too concerned. It is those details that make me wonder.. Luckily, we were checking out when the faucet broke..

The inn on third was such a great stay, while we went house hunting! Close to a lot of walkable things or the tram! Breakfast was great! We didn’t get to utilize happy hour but I’m sure it’s a good time as well! I even recommend a stay to my friend traveling into the area in February! Thank you so much!

The staff here are very kind and welcoming. It’s a great value and clean, plus a very convenient breakfast with coffee. It’s an older hotel and reminded me of being in Europe but it seems they really care about it. We had a quiet nights sleep and other guests were respectful.

Gorgeous, well-restored old Florida Inn, with exceptional customer service that is so familial and gracious you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. This is a historic building so people with mobility issues should be prepared for the pre-ADA infrastructure. The location is close to wonderful venues and opportunities, and visitor safety was a priority. Mattresses were very firm, and pillows rather stiff. Bathroom products unremarkable. Bring cash to support extending your happy hour. Continental breakfast is sparse but works. While some amenities are basic, the magic of the place, the way guests hang out to chat with strangers in the reception/living room area was so enchanting, the people attracted to an historic inn and the owners make it like nothing else!

The location could not be better! It's within walking distance of almost anything you would want to do in downtown St. Pete. The 5-7 PM social time provided a great opportunity to commune with other guests as well as the host, who clearly enjoys meeting and talking with his guests. Breakfast was simple and delicious, perfect for getting a start on the day. Nothing. I literally liked everything.

Absolutely great place to stay!

Inn is a lovely 20-room inn. Greeted and warmly treated by the innkeeper, who maintains the property very nicely. Room is a bit small, but perfectly fine for a night or two in St. Petersburg. Comfortable and clean. Added benefits include a light breakfast, and 5:00 social hour (free wine & beer). Downtown location near restaurants, pier, Trop Field, and others. Not sure I would want to roam around at night, but daytime is fine. Overall, a very nice inn with a personable, local, knowledgeable host.

The staff is exceptional very accommodating. You always meet nice people when you're staying here. The breakfast is limited in the morning but substantial enough to count as breakfast, the food is always good and as a bonus good Coffee is always available.

Everything in the room was very cleaned, staff was amazing, and location was perfect for walking around downtown Tampa.

The place was great. Very close walking distance to so many great places Tropicana field , breweries, st Pete pier. It was great. And Brian was very friendly
