It was a nice hotel

Room was great with clean sheets and towels. Room service would be my only complaint since you need to request it daily before 8am. Didn’t find that out till my last day there. Also wish they offered a continental breakfast. That’s just me personal preference. Other than that, the place is awesome.

Chris who registered us in at the front desk was wonderful. He was friendly and very helpful and made us feel welcome. The Bistro was an added surprise and we as well as other guests enjoyed the delicious food choices and also enjoyed it provided coattails, beer and wine. The lady at the Bistro was delightful and she was doing it by herself and did an amazing job. Chris came over to help when he could.. This by far was the best courtyard we have stayed at.

Everything was very comfortable while visiting the area with family for a memorial service. We were convenient to Quantico, parks, restaurants and highways for family to venture in. Chris was most helpful although all staff were friendly and accommodating

Chris, who checked us in, provided exemplary customer service! The couch has a big stain on it and should be professionally or replaced. I didn’t want to sit on it.

The staff was excellent but the room smelled like urine. The staff tried to accommodate me,but there were no extra room available that day.

The rooms were very nice and clean. I wanted to buy a cup of decaf coffee, but they were out. That’s the only bad thing I encountered. When I checked in, the girl on the front desk wouldn’t acknowledge me until I asked for help. I was the only one there. She just looked at me and didn’t seem to be present, very irritating.

The hotel was clean and my room was clean and everything worked correctly. I loved that there is Starbucks in the lobby! Did not love the $6 bottle of water in the room😂 To me, that is not a “service”.😂 Overall, it was a pleasant hotel experience
