We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt Place State College. Rooms were nice, very clean, staff were helpful. Great place to stay if you are touring Penn State!

Clean! Great location. Great staff. Self park across the street in a parking garage.

The hotel was very nice and the check-in was friendly, helpful and quick. The common areas were clean and lovely - the morning breakfast was outstanding. Best included breakfast I've ever had. The room was slightly lacking in that there were crumbs all over the couch and some on the floor, as well as a broken and hanging cabinet door covering the mini-fridge. We only had a half of a roll of toilet paper with no extra rolls available. I would stay here again, but I'd suggest that the room be a little more prepared for guests. Lastly, I wish that two full bottles of water were provided in the room.

No one to help you take your luggage to your room. I traveled with a handicapped person. It would have been so much easier getting our bags to the room with help. Very disappointed in such a great hotel without the help we needed.

I loved the location, parking, breakfast included, it was clean. I didn’t like the staff behavior, rude!
-
Room did not have linens for sofa bed and car parking process was more difficult than needed to be. Otherwise, the hotel was awesome!
