Dirty room Dirty

The room was adequate for what I needed; close to the airport. There was a spider in the tub so I was a bit concerned about cleanliness of the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner but maybe this is typical of an Extended Stay place. The room door was sticky but the clerk at the front desk helped

The bathroom door didn’t even close and was falling off. The bathroom curtain pole was all rusted. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom or shower. The kitchen was rusted and the fridge could only open halfway. The landscaping crew started using the blower right outside the door at 7:30 am. Could not rest. Could not load video

No soap, remote didn’t work, all around pretty filthy. The person who came to the office to check us in was nice enough.

This property is NOT as advertised The pictures that are posted are lies I have real ones that tell a different story. When I arrived the room bed was falling apart and a dog had eaten the bottom of the frame There were 2 roaches walking across the room The carpet was disgusting There were drug addicts in the hallway, the place smelled of pot It did not feel safe to stay there!! NOT A PLACE TO STAY INLESS YOU ARE DOWN AND OUT I LEFT AND FOUND ANOTHER DECENT HOTEL AND DID NOT STAY THERE I WANT A CREDIT

No amenities in room. No soap shampoo or cups. No coffee maker. Staff not interested in helping guests. Will never stay at this motel brand again

Not recommended for booking. Very poorly maintained.

Smelly and dirty. I need of an update.

Stairways and porches were disgustingly dirty. Room was marginally clean. Half the lights did not work and the television would not stay on. Worst hotel I have stayed in and I have literally been around the world.

The building tht i stayed in was outdated. The non smoking room smelled like smoke n weed especially when the air conditioner came on. The carpet in the room was sooo dirty and the window curtain was kinda broken on one side. I was missing a shower curtain had to ask for one. The water in the shower didn't get super warm.. The fridge microwave and stove worked although the stove top was brown rusty but we were able to use it. I guess thts what it was for the price..we just really needed a kitchenette since we wrer their for a days

I checked out about 30 minutes after I check out. There was a guys at the parking lots who scared me he tried to open my car door when I was parking Nothing the place was very dirty

It very dirty no water pressure for the sink. No remote for the TV. The front desk was closed when I tried to register.

It’s close to everything and it’s convenient but it charges way too much for an ok room and shitty room service, i stayed here for months and not once did they give me fresh towels and clean my room even though they are supposed to every two weeks and when i asked them to at the front desk they said i can make a note but if they don’t want to do it he couldn’t do anything about it It’s an ok room with shitty maid service that doesn’t clean your room when she’s supposed to and doesn’t give you fresh towels and it charges way too much for the service you get from this hotel you’re better off paying a little more and staying at the best western down the road

Dirty, poor customer service, felt very u safe.

Basic needs for work travel perfectly what was needed The same hot food in buffet everyday. Need to mix it up a little . Try different egg styles, try different meats, try hash browns instead of same ole dry potatoes everyday

Low price. Carpet very stained/dirty. No soap or shampoo. (Maybe this hotel chain doesn’t have these amenities.)

Given 2 rooms same night both were dirty. Do not recommend at all.
