Best hotel in Stow. Excellent complimentary breakfast and dinner M-W, super clean. Most beautiful accommodations and service. 10/10. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 8 years.

The rooms were clean, comfortable Location worked Was good for e teenagers and parents, can accommodate more Having everyone in one area and not next door was excellent 1 of the bathrooms 205 had no fan, it was muggy.

Suite layout. Access to highway. Decent breakfast. Staff declined to provide comforters. Bathrooms are tiny.

Our stay was excellent! Staff was so friendly and welcoming. There was a late afternoon spread of finger food in the lobby for no cost. A nice addition to our stay. For several months, I have had pain in my neck and back and have purchased several types of pillows to try to alleviate the pain. The pillow I used at the hotel was so comfortable that I slept all night and woke up refreshed! I went to the front desk at checkout, asked if I might be able to purchase one of those pillows and the manager sold me the pillow! It is now a few days later on my trip and the pillow is still providing relief! This hotel will stand out from others on my trip!

I really like the convenience of our hotel to the venue of our class reunion. Our room was clean and smelled nice . We had a kitchenette and little sofa which was nice to relax on. I liked how the bathroom was private and could not be seen by the door to hallway. The complementary breakfast was delicious and had a good amount of different dishes to choose from. The coffee was excellent. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Upon arriving at the hotel I was told that there was $100 hold cuz I was using a debit card not a credit card. I expected this to fall off my account after I checked out. That was Sunday morning now it's Tuesday when I look at my account they did not charge for the room and another separate transaction for a hold they put the entire charge through with $100. When I called about this they told me that because it was a Saturday that it was going to take a couple of days for it to fall off two to three business days starting on Monday and that indeed that $100 would fall off I had to call once about it and I probably will have to call again the person tried to tell me that that's what all hotels do and that is not true. In addition to this the pool was more like a sauna than a pool for some reason it was warm it wasn't exactly dirty but it wasn't exactly clean the beds while comfortable were somewhat slanted on the ends so that in a double bed two people had to get closer together to feel like they weren't going to fall off the bed Also almost every time I went to the desk at night there was not someone at the desk the back room was open maybe they were back there maybe you have to yell for them but primarily they should be at the front desk When you're spending almost $200 a night this should be a higher level of service it's not that anything was particularly bad but it was not particularly good either

Stayed for a concert at Blossom Music and this was so close and accommodating.

Overall everything was great clean rooms, staff was great the breakfast was awesome kitchen was clean and very well stocked with all the right untensils if needed to cook with.. thanks for the nice hospitality will be using this suite hotel again in the future.

Location was perfect and breakfast was fantastic. We had requested joined rooms, which they said they will give us. Unfortunately, the rooms were separate.

Breakfast was awesome!!! The room was close to everything. No complaints.

The room was very small and not clean. We found hair on the bed sheets, crumbs on the floor and popcorn inside the sofa bed when we opened it.
