The property by far is one of the worst places i have ever stayed. Rude front desk staff including management, pool out of order the entire summer, cockroaches seen on multiple occasions in dining area. They do not honor any guest requests or treat rewards members like anything special whatsoever, they stole hundreds of dollars from handfuls of guests. These people will rob you blind then when you confront them about the money they steal, THEN they have you( the loyal customer who spends thousands yearly with them) removed from the property. AFTERWARDS THEY continue to unlawfully charge your bank cards every single day as if you are still on the property utilizing a room. Meanwhile staff and management are extremely inappropriate with their staff and patrons. Making lude and sexually explicit comments. This is not a family friendly environment nor would i allow a pet rock to ever stay anywhere near this establishment. They definitely dont follow ANY BRAND STANDARDS IVE EVER SEEN. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND KEEP YOUR WOMEN, CHILDREN AND BANKING INFORMATION FAR AWAY

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The shower door leaked out onto the bathroom floor every time I took a shower and the the mattress was a bit soft and seemed kind of cheap. But overall a good stay for four nights. I will stay there again. And the price was good.

Found bugs/cockroaches in bed and fridge. Contacted hotel management, they have been unresponsive. Would not recommend and will never stay there again. Bugs. Non responsiveness from management. Do not recommend.

Quick check-in, a room that first the entire family, breakfast was decent. The room is a bit undated.

Only complaint is it showed the room at some point had water damage around the windows. Otherwise beautiful room and place.

Check in was quick and all the staff were very friendly. Bathroom was updated and towels were very soft. Our room smelled a little like it was damp and the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower were empty.

BEWARE: This business is not only dishonest, inhospitable but also is willing to call the police on you despite civility! I booked this hotel through Expedia. Days before and on the same day of arrival, I called the hotel to request for a ground floor room was confirmed on the phone. Upon check-in around 9:30PM, I was given a second floor room after signing the hotel paperwork and paying the security deposit. When I raised the discrepancy, the front desk flatly denied the existence of my request and basically told me either I'd accept the room or leave. When I tried to back up my claim by showing the call log in my phone, the employee escalated and threatened to call the police to boot me out of their property. I reminded the employee that I had already paid for the room plus security deposit and signed the paperwork so I'd fulfilled my side of the contract and demanded for the room key. The employee refused and proceeded to call the police. The police came and brokered an agreement that I peacefully left the property and the hotel would refund me the next day. However, the hotel refused to issue a refund repeatedly in multiple requests from me and Expedia. Imagining yourself in the situation when you have your family especially two young children suffer through this ordeal and humiliation, scrambled to seek a alternate hotel after a long day and most of them are booked and you had to pay for much more... One thing you would want to seek JUSTICE!
