Property was okay but I wanted the quality inn in Ashland wisc for my wife's birthday. Expedia switched us to superior ruined our plans I highly recommend not using Expedia
-
You can not check in early only after 3pm no exception.
-
Our room smelled a little musty with a nice blend of cologne. Otherwise it was a good place to rest on our travels thru the area

A change of work plans left me needing to check out from this hotel one day early from a 3-night reservation. When I asked about getting a refund for the unused night while checking out, the front desk employee told me that I had to go through Hotels.com, which I knew was a lie. Hotels.com will never issue you such a refund -- only the hotel itself can do that. I was in a hurry to get on the road, so I didn't have time to argue with him. I did reach out to Hotels.com support, who contacted the hotel and reported that their general manger, "Wendy," would not issue me a refund because "she could see that I checked out on the third night of my 3-night stay." So this hotel lied to my face twice. When I called the hotel myself, the male employee who answered the phone was very rude. He gave me the runaround and refused to let me speak to Wendy or hear my case, and then promptly hung up on me. I hope scamming me out of a hundred dollars and change was worth it to this hotel, because they literally just lost tens of thousands of dollars in future profits. My company gets regular work at the nearby refinery/pipeline terminal, and we stay in Superior several times a year often for weeks or months at a time. This was the first time we stayed at this hotel, but needless to say, we will never stay here again. Not to mention it has a terrible location on the far westside of town, it's not conveniently located near any restaurants, and the "non-smoking" room definitely reeked of smoke.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Pool was awesome

Mattress uneven, not comfortable. Bed linens are good. Towels are nice. HVAC needs updating. There were no other guests in the Breakfast area at 7am on Monday, Oct 12, so I was surprised to see how dirty it was - the same spills from Sunday morning were still there. Also the yogurt and other items in the little fridge were running low. A chair in the lobby had the same crumbs on the seat as on Sunday; the glass table tops in the lobby need cleaning. The hotel has the appearance that management doesn’t care. Maybe they’re just used to the condition and don’t notice anymore. Give this hotel an inspection. For what we paid, this hotel should look like management cares.

I had an amazing stay at the Inn. The room was nice and clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. I love how cabin like the lobby and pool area is. Definitely recommend staying here.

Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff was great.

Staff were lovely. Hotel is run down and dirty. Poor breakfast options, hot tub too dirty to use, my room smelled like body odor and Burger King and I couldn't get the smell out despite opening windows and running the fan. Management /owner needs to invest back into the property.
-
The staff were friendly and personable. The room was very clean; with the exception of the shower curtain smelling like mildew and urine. They could be washed/replaced more frequently. I didn't use the pool or have continental breakfast, so I can't fairly rate the amenities.
-
Not very clean rooms and the shower, didn’t drain out very well ankle deep water while showering. While housekeeping was in the room every day emptied the garbage can, but did not refresh towels or washcloths or clean any thing so I’m not sure why they were in the room every day.

Everything was as you would want/expect it should be. Location was good, room was clean, bed was comfortable. I will stay here again.

Breakfast was great I did not feel comfortable walking around or using hot tub..with the unhoused there on cots...they looked me up and down.
-
Very clean, good breakfast, lived that the pool hours were later than most hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were very pleased with this hotel. They live up to their name. Very economical compared with other hotels in the area, but they did not skimp on service or amenities. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Linens were luxurious. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, and was well maintained. We would stay again

The toilet seat was super loose and the beds were noisy/squeaky. Also, the hotel stated that they do not allow for a late checkout. Even though they were not that busy, it was not even an option.
