The staff was decent. I was expecting more friendly. The room could be cleaner, but everything else was OK.

Everything was 100% nice and comfortable!

Upon arrival at the hotel, I found the place to be very clean and comfortable with excellent staff. After checking in, I did a spot check of the room and everything was clean. I was only there for one night but it felt like home.

Disappointed no free breakfast. My closet door fell off. The drawers did not stay closed. Refrigerator operates on an off/on freezer timer. No explanation on door. Soda exploded and I cleaned up and received a warning letter I would be charged for further damaged towels. Air conditioner broke last two nights and not fixed. Fell out of bathtub and hit head as water accumulated in shower and anti fall strips inadequate. Requested a mat for shower with no response. Ice machine broken on our floor for the 6 nights I was there. Not the best stay but staff always acted very polite. No coffee station. Had to pay for coffee when bistro was open.

Very friendly staff while checking in and checking out. We enjoyed the clean room and shower area. Felt safe. I did not like smelling the weed that was seeping through my door. I don't understand why people think it's okay to smoke this inside. It clearly states no smoking and that means any kind of smoking!

Great place to stay will definitely stay there again

For a 2 night stay we were very well attended. The poor internet service for apps on the tv but it was corrected immediately.

NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER, HAD TO WIGGLE THE LAVATORY FAUCET TO GET HOT WATER, FRONT DESK CALL WAS ALWAYS BUSY

The room was good. Clean. I liked the separation of the toilet and shower from the sink area. I liked that the room was on the 3rd floor and the location of the room was good. The check in was where I had a problem. I felt as if I was going through a check in process the same or as strict as a prison check in process when trying to visit someone in prison! After signing all manner of documents stating rules and regulations, I asked the young lady if where I was parked was okay: I was just joking. She asked me to physically show her where I was parked and she literally came from behind the desk and almost went out the door before telling me that I would have to move my vehicle to another parking area and to make sure that I did not back in. I admit that I don't stay in hotels often, but I do not recall ever having to go through a check in process quite like that!

Great staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were up to date and clean. Will stay again.
