Had a suite with 180 degree view of Commencement Bay. View was unreal. The room was big and beautiful. The TV was huge for a hotel room. This hotel is unlike the other Silver Clouds. Much more of a resort feel. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was also fantastic.

Super location, the staff were extremely nice and so helpful. The room was huge with double sinks in the bathroom, great walk in shower. The toilet even had a separate door. Only thing missing was bathrobes. Cute little village next door with great restaurants and even a movie theater. Great paved walking path right by the water. Beautiful view of Puget Sound from our room. Every thing was great. Nothing negative.

Front reception was excellent and very helpful. Bag check is great after checkout bc you can go explore but not worry about your belongings Lost and found system. Let an item in the room. Had to go through a whole seperate sight. And still no response regarding an item that was for sure left in the room. This kind of spoiled the experience as it was an expensive pillow.
