Extended Stay America Suites Tampa Airport Spruce Street

Great price for what it was, everything was easy, lots of in-room amenities like a microwave, huge fridge etc. Cant think of anything.

There was a bed to sleep on When we first got there , no one was at the desk for a bit . The AC was not working in the 3rd floor hall The AC was not working in the room properly The microwave door got stuck and we had 3 to go plates to warm up . The tub drain did not drain fast enough. Sitting water sat there .

The hotel was cleam amd cozy.It is located in a good area. The staff was limited There was not 24 hour service at the front desk.

Nothing Ignorant and messy talks about everyone who stays there the manager will smile in ya face and then it be something else the next day she had a customer take pictures of my tag and she did the same thing and when I went and told front desks she acted as if she didn’t know what I was talking about

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Kayla the manager was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. We truly appreciated their excellent service and warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed here out of desperation after my flight was cancelled. Bed was uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Opted not to shower because it was dirty. Property is dated and suffering a significant amount of neglect. Breakfast was stale and unappetizing. Next time I’ll save my money and spend the night in the airport. Staff was nice.
