Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay

The room we excellent. The staff were good, however security showed up due to a noise complaint. Woke us from a deep sleep for a party that didn't exist. The poor security gentleman walked in the room and his whisper was loader then the TV back ground noise. Sadly he showed up twice. For the price that was paid a free breakfast would have been nice. Nope nothing just a sorry that happened at checkout. If you don't hear noises through the door at 3am don't knock and wake people up. Seriously! And surely don't wake them up twice, without a coupon for a free breakfast or a discount for the misunderstanding. Wow.

We had a wedding at oystercatchers and stayed in the casitas and had an incredible time!

Close to the airport I paid for a 2 bed bedroom and ended up with a handicap room and regular room.

It was amazing! Close to airport and stadium! Beaches close by! The restaurant had good food! Pools were good! Great place to stay!

The staff was super helpful.

The cleaning lady came at 7am, then at 9 am and then at 1050 am kicking us out. I have never stayed at a hotel and had this treatment. The place looks incredible but with that service I may never stay there again

Exceptional

Room very outdated with limited and awkward furniture. Very small sink with minimal place to place anything-yet large bathroom with enough space. Looked like old furniture and sink relocated when updating other rooms.

The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay Staff was very helpful and understanding when it cames to satisfying our needs regarding the restaurant we ate at. They went the extra mile for make sure we were please, and they gave us credit and free meals. You don't find that at many hotels. The room was beautiful. Everyday they came in and cleaned the room. I recommend anyone to visit the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay.

Awesome place to go

Good experience

The reason we chose this hotel is because of the pictures of the beautiful pool and waterfront dock. It would have been very nice to have been informed that it was going to be closed down for maintenance and off-limits to guests. They had no problem still charging me my $35 resort fee, even though the pool area and waterfront that made up our minds to stay there was not even open for us to use. Staff was very nice and everything else was at or above expectations. It’s just too bad that they charge a resort fee without being able to have guest use the resort.

The staff was professionally and genuine. Room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a weekend stay.
