Staff was amazing. Very helpful and polite. Even riding the elevator with the cleaning staff after their shift…still polite. Most comfortable mattress and pillow options I’ve ever experienced Only wish was it be a bit closer to the water front

Great stay!

I always like to leave an honest review of the hotels we stay at; we travel often throughout the US & abroad. We chose this hotel because we were visiting our granddaughter's Family Weekend at the University of Tampa; it's only an 8-minute drive & received good hotel reviews. So here it goes. "Pros": Good location; especially if you're taking a cruise. Many eateries within walking distance. CVS directly across the street, & a Publix grocery store a few blocks away. Starbucks right next to the hotel. Breakfast was very good with many options. Room was clean & the bed & pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was large, with a good shower & all the different soaps; hair, conditioner, & body wash pumps you'll need. Like the fact the hotel has a laundry room to wash your clothes. Very nice gym. Beautiful, clean pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Felt stay & secure there. Staff was very friendly, kind, & helpful. "Cons": NO in room safe; we've never been to any hotel that didn't have one. (They do offer a very small one at the front desk, but not for our laptop, etc.) The bathroom towels are extremely hard; no softener used at all. We chose the City View room; however, we didn't realize how loud the traffic noise would be. Our room only had one chair & without a small table where you could a least, sit for a bite to eat. If we visit again, we'll pick a different room. (Perhaps we're a little picky, but then, that's us.) All-in-all, would recommend to family & friends.

The location was ok for the event we were attending. The noise from the traffic and construction were annoying. The shower water pressure was not good. It’s like it was on the verge of it could be really good place or it could be a not so good place. It didn’t match the advertisements.

Great place to stay especially if going on a cruise from Tampa, they have a free shuttle decent breakfast and a Starbucks right next to the property. I would recommend this place as there is decent food nearby (walking distance).

We stayed here for two nights while visiting our daughter for Family Weekend at her college. We really appreciated the convenient location near downtown, with restaurants and other attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was okay, although it felt a little outdated and could use some updates. The bedsheets were also very thin, which made the accommodations feel less comfortable than expected. Our biggest disappointment was the noise at night. The traffic outside our window was incredibly loud, to the point that it sounded like construction was happening right outside our room. We definitely weren’t expecting that, and it made it difficult to get a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, the location was a plus, but the hotel could benefit from some improvements, particularly in comfort and soundproofing.

This hotel is convenient to the cruise port and has a shuttle to the port. The free breakfast was ok. They have a beautiful roof top pool. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed the room quality and the staff were exceptional. Location is great for convenience of restaurants. Easy check in and out. Well Done! Nothing

Exactly what you are looking for Comfy bed, clean room, and space The only one star will remain the breakfast. Really poor and full of ultra processed food
