Great staff..

It was ok.

I've been there twice before and I'm going back tomorrow because it's great.

It's a wonderful place and the staff is excellent, especially the receptionist, Jerre. I'd give it at least four out of five stars. I hope to return again.

Old and outdated... Could use a top to bottom refresh. Investment in furniture, towels/bedding and electronics would make a huge difference... Not the cleanest looking place but better than some I've experienced.

Too many drug attics and homeless people just hanging out i felt very uncomfortable

The staff was very helpful and very kind. The hotel itself was in need of many repairs. The rooms were extremely dark and had not been cleaned in the corners of the room or the bathroom floor. The window was broken. The sink had a broken plunger and world not drain. The toilet wouldn't flush and the TV barely worked. We had to have the staff help us with the TV. There was no coffee pot in the room but the fridge worked good. The hotel was either starting their repairs or recently did repairs, but regardless, the overall state of the hotel was extremely poor. We did not go down to the breakfast, so we're unable to rate that.

This place lacks attention. The only thing that was even remotely clean thankfully was the pillows.

The smell in the hallway is strong. The staff were sweet. Breakfast I didn’t eat because I didn’t get up in time. The rooms would have been ok but my door was broken not to were it wasn’t safe in my opinion but the two nights I stayed I got bit. The fridge need defrosted and people were sleeping in the hallway.

Clean and quiet. Good location.

Room was horrible…. TV hung on wall … cord didn’t reach a plug…. A ext cord was being used Only half the plug’s in the room didn’t work…bed lights don’t work the light that did work was plugged in the ext cord as well night staff was accommodating.. day shift at check out was short and cold about them selves

Bed was broken. Shower barely worked. Had to switch rooms, and even the new shower was not good. Do NOT recommend.

Hotel staff was helpful but the rooms were kinda dingy and dated strong smell from laundry room and ice machine

Didn't care for the riff faff in the parking lot! Not my type of place

everything is near thus hotel. reataurans, shops, mall. I had the suit, cleanliness was okay. They didn't take out the trash or replace towels the last 3 days. I had to go down to ask for new towels, toilet paper and take out thw trash.

Check in was ok they were in the middle of training. The room had bad lighting in half of it. One lamp the bulb was blown and the other one flickered. Rented this specific room for the jacuzzi and it was old and had cracks in the ceramic as well as burns from previous people who stayed there. Upon checking to see if we had everything we dicovered there was blood splattered the mirror and wall behind the jacuzzi so probably better we couldn't use it. Definitely will not rent here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was sufficient. Coffee at empty no cream silverware so flimsy you couldn’t even eat the waffle with it.

Staff was nice but our room was a nightmare. The floor was filthy. There was a hole in the floor. My husband had to fix the toilet. It would only flush every other one
