Room was ok… until i pulled out the pull out bed and found little kid toys, mirror by door entrance had dried up food stained on it! I paid through Expedia and then was charged by the hotel it self so now I’m waiting for that refund! Maybe if the girl wasn’t busy on her phone i would have never been charged twice!

We were in Room 210. The room itself is great. Spacious and clean. You could hear the 15 freeway all night so if you are a light sleeper I would suggest being on the other side of the building. Also, be very careful of the bathtub. It is very slippery when you are using soap. I wouldn’t want my parents in that tub.

We were truly impressed with the size, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff. Their included breakfast was quite good. We'll definitely consider this location for any future trips to the area.

When I first got to the room, the air condition was off and so was the control to the AC. I had to call for help to get it turned on. Same problem with the refrigerator. It was off and I couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Staff had me pull it out and turn the knob on from the back. I don't believe a customer should have to move an appliance to get it to work! The staff was super nice and the breakfast was average, I don't care to much for pre-made eggs. The location of the hotel was great, being walking distance from Oldtown Temecula.

Visiting Temecula old town stay anywhere else but around there. SO noisy! We asked for a quiet room and he put us in the closest to the street and told us that was his best room. #300 Just be honest that shouldn’t be to hard to do. The hotel is in a noise area for sure.
