Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU

Excellent property! Conveniently located by the campus. Staff was amazing!

Always a great experience made better this trip by Anne who helped with an important work project that allowed me to complete a project by the due date. Kady at the pool bar, CiCi (spelling?) at Neighborhood Services, and even those I didn’t meet made my stay amazing.

Location is great Expensive parking fee. Limited self parking options. Parking garages were less than half the cost of the Hotel parking

My first time in Arizona and I’m so glad I chose Omni for my stay . Definitely recommend 10/10 !

The hotel experience was fine. The restaurant experience was horrible. Tasteless food. Poor service. Food felt overpriced. Can’t imagine ever eating there again. And in general, there are much better overall hotel choices around Tempe for me. I’ll be back in Tempe next week but won’t be staying at the Omni.

Really enjoyed the stay. Rates are doable but with overnite parking. Wish was a bit less. We actually changed our reservation to Omni at last minute cuz we love the pool area especially and it’s so close to campus. Walkable restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful from valet service, housekeeping, bar tenders in pool to front desk. Only thing I think could be improved… no extra tissue or tp and towels in the room. I think it was just an oversight. We will stay there again.

Omni Tempe at ASU is a place to stay. Highly recommend as the location is a fun atmosphere. Lively area filled it places to eat and drink. Staff and hotel room make it very comfortable rest at the end of the day.

As a frequent traveler, I was excited to experience the charm and convenience of this brand-new establishment. Overall, my stay was delightful, with the hotel exceeding my expectations in many aspects. Allow me to share my experience and provide an honest review of this new gem. Location and Accessibility: Situated in close proximity to ASU, the hotel offers unparalleled convenience for visitors seeking to explore the campus or attend university events. The nearby transportation options and easy access to major roads make it a breeze to travel to and from the hotel. Additionally, the surrounding area boasts a variety of dining and entertainment options, ensuring that guests will never be short of things to do. Ambiance and Decor: The hotel's interior exudes a modern and sophisticated ambiance. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the contemporary design and tasteful decor. The attention to detail in the furnishings and artwork created a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The overall aesthetic perfectly blended elegance with comfort, making for a truly pleasant stay. Accommodations: The rooms at this new hotel are spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities met all my needs. The attention to detail was evident, with modern technology seamlessly integrated into the room's features. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodations were commendable, further enhancing the overall experience. Service and Staff: The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient room service, I felt well taken care of at all times. The staff members were knowledgeable about the area and readily provided recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

Our stay was one of the very best we’ve had! We travel to Phoenix a lot, and have tried a few different places. The staff was incredible, the room clean and accommodating, the restaurants and bar were amazing, and to top it off the decor and vibe were top tier! We will be staying here from now on!

We stayed here for some family business, but everyone made it so great and truly went above and beyond. The whole team made us feel like we were on a relaxing resort vacation instead! Everyone was so incredibly nice and just a total pleasure to talk to. Everyone was great, especially Ryan, who was super friendly and just a genuinely great guy to chat with at the pool bar. Keir L. hooked us up with the best room views and made sure our rooms were near each other. Katie was incredibly attentive and just wonderful to deal with at the restaurant, and Andrea was so welcoming and took amazing care of us the whole time. It might be a while before we make it back to this area, but because of how great everyone was, we are definitely going to look for Omni hotels first for our future trips. Thanks for everything!

Everything was great. I just wish they had a laundry facility on site. They only offered laundry service.
