I was charged $150 two days after my check out and the charges have yet to be reversed. After jumping through hoops to get a working phone number for the front desk, I was told that they weren't sure what the charge was for but that it should come off within 3 to 5 business days. I booked and paid through Expedia prior to my arrival and provided a separate card for the incidental hold. Will never stay at this hotel again and is left a bad taste in my mouth for all choice hotels.

Room was pretty clean although there was a little trash on the bathroom floor. remote for the TV was broken. Poolneeds scrubbing. The breakfast was disappointing. Staff was great.

Everyone was nice & helpful. Our room was nice & clean. Parking was good. As far as the breakfast goes, it was ok but overall this hotel is great! We have stayed her several times & will continue staying here when in the area.

Rarely was a person at the front desk day or night. The phone in our room didn’t work so couldn’t call front desk for help. Went downstairs and still no one at front desk; calling “hello” didn’t bring anyone out; went to the open door to their office and finally found a woman who could barely speak English. Couldn’t understand us. Both beds in our room as so badly broken down that it caused our backs and hips severe pain. Asked them to rotate the mattress on both beds; took them 2 days to complete this task. Both the shampoo holder in the shower and the toilet paper holder were broken. The door was not secure; it would NOT CLOSE AND LOCK unless you pulled the door shut and heard the click. Mold in the bathtub in the corner. Both housekeeping and front desk woman lied about access to our room. No, the “do not disturb “ sign was NOT on the door. Had to ask multiple times for towels and washcloths. Housekeeping staff did not speak English and couldn’t understand us. Generally, the room was clean, temperature was adjustable and the area was quiet.

Nothing, I was told that they didn't take cash even after calling too make sure, because I had no money on my card at the time for a deposit either. And that they couldn't do anything about cancelling my night at all. So we had too sleep in the car, and I had too stay up trying too figure out what too do about the charge the lady tried pushing through anyway, even though I had JUST told her that I had no money on the card.
