When i left Everything, fleas in the room, nasty dirty tub. Stains on the tub, nasty smell, being charged a security deposit and walking into a dumpster, like its some kind of prank

Location in Toledo We had 2 rooms and both smelt horrendous. Carpets in the hotel are filthy and in the room felt damp, which I think contributed to the smell. There were fleas in one of the rooms, which kept biting our ankles. The breakfast (if that’s what you want to call it) had no protein whatsoever just a bunch of carbs, and not even good ones. Furniture was in poor condition and even the walls were dirty. Toilet in one room didn’t flush and had to be fixed. In the other you had to flush at least 2 times just for everything to go down. At checkout had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up and that was only because someone else waiting had his phone number and called him to come in. When I told him about some of the issues he didn’t even look at me and just said I’ll put a note in. I will not be recommending this hotel and will never stay here again.

Not situated in an ideal part of town. Overall impression of property was a property not well maintained. Television in room did not work had to have fixed, No pillows for bed. The pillows were square about 12 x 12 in size. Just seemed dumpy

Nothing! But, the staff made at least a feeble attempt to help us. The photos on-line were NOTHING like the rooms at the motel! The area was very questionable, the motel was in disrepair and the halls and rooms were very dirty and smelled bad. Our room had dirty carpet, the smoke alarm was hanging down from the ceiling.

First, it's listed as a Comfort Inn but it's a Quality Inn. Online it states pets stay free. Not true. Then they charge a $50 deposit that is not listed online. You get that back after they check the room.

Just the location Room had water leaking from the wall air conditioner didn't keep the room cool enough,and it seem if there was drug addicts living there

I think it was the neighborhood crack Motel it was horrible The mattress and nasty the tubs were nasty the room stunk the hallways stunk that was trash on the property it was horrible

Ran down trashy Hotel dirty with bed bugs they had mattresses stacked up by the dumpster which is a clear sign of bed bugs do not stay here

Surprisingly clean and quiet, I had a very relaxing stay and will be looking to book again in the future

Nothing will not recommend. Wasn't very clean. Breakfast was poor stayed at other quality inns with a lot more options for breakfast.

Front desk employee was very helpful and hard working. Checking in and checking out went smoothly. Nothing much to write about.

Nothing. The whole hotel needs to be torn down I have plenty of pictures including, dirty items all over the hotel, my hotel door not having a lock and much more.

Filthy carpets in hallway on 2nd floor. The TV was a joke. When you turn it on it wants you to connect to WiFi however there is no way to do that. Then when trying to watch TV on the cable channel it would automatically flip back to WiFi.

I was disappointed in the hotel stay. Fortunately we were only there one night and moved on.

Not alot this stay! Very disappointed. Special event in town, jeep fest. 1400+ Jeeps just in the parade we had to be staged by 7 am- so no breakfast. Special accommodation could have been made, cereal, fruit, juice something. I was specific about a non smoking room, that was good. But as soon as I walked out of the room I was hit in the face with a strong smell of Marijuana skunk weed. People on the 2nd floor above us, were loud, stomping or dancing over the floor, loud talking/yelling off and on for hours! I called the desk, I explained the issue and told her that I hope this doesn't go on all night. She said I'm sure it won't, but it did. At check out I reported these issues, got blown off. He said, we hope to see you again. THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN! I told him the reviews would not be good, he looked so surprised?? I'm very disappointed, we stay here every year for this event.
