This is a great place to stay. The staff and cleanliness of this hotel is excellent. I stay here every time I’m in town because of this fact. The staff is courteous, professional and pleasant. All areas of this hotel have a nice scent, a very clean scent on every floor and the breakfast spread is great too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. Didn’t like the bed arrangement. King size Bed was up against the wall with just the night table between the bed and wall.

The staff is pleasant, courteous and respectful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I stay here always when I’m in town. Always a pleasant stay.

Courteous staff, clean room, nice decor, comfy bed, roomy bathroom and yummy breakfast. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Love it, but communication was not the business. I came in and the front desk lady told me my room wasn’t ready! So i waited almost 40m! When i ask how long she say i don’t know! Here come 3p she say my room will be ready in 10m which my check was at 3p not 310p ! When she let me know where my room would be at, and when she told me i never see anybody coming out of that room to clean anything else! When stated it will be ready at 310 i went to my room less than 10m my room was been ready.

Breakfast was not good, turkey bacon not my type and it was chewy, pork sausage also tasted weird and chewy also, the waffle was not soft and gummy like texture

The breakfast was just ok. A bit of a limited selection. While the intention of creating a themed breakfast sandwich was unique, it made it limited on what you might like outside of that theme. There were guests/residents in room 410, the room next to ours, that at 3:30am in the morning were literally banging on the walls where the headboard of our room was, they were playing loud music, talking loudly and being obnoxious. The 1st night we ignored it but the 2nd night was worse. We had to call the front desk who sent security up to the room, in order to get it addressed. Upon check out I brought all of this up to the front desk and they admitted that the party in that room they had problems with in the past. She assured me that she would address this with management and the party in that room. Ultimately they did comp the room which is appreciated.

I can’t think of anything that they could have done better.

Had a great stay. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean and big.We enjoyed our stay.

The only issue we encountered unfortunately, was waking up on the morning to check out, and being covered in ants. I can’t speak for the rest of the property, but the room we stayed in definitely had an ant infestation issue in the bedroom specifically. Otherwise, one of the best group of hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. All of them were all very polite, and very friendly. The property was very safe, and clean, with the exception of the ant problem, which I reported. And based on their quality of service, I’m sure will be addressed.
