Great location in Treasure Island FL. Clean and beautiful views of the marina. Beach just across the road. The owners were very attentive and asked about our experience daily. Lived the pool as well. Nothing really. Would like to have had queen sized beds as opposed to doubles.

We checked in on a Monday. We were the only people there. The owners/staff were great. Very helpful and pleasant. The room was recently redone (assumed after Hurricane Milton hit the area). Everything was new and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Room clean. Bed comfortable. Kitchen suitable. Staff reminding me of time to check out 5 minutes prior while I was sitting outside looking at menu for my next stop. Car was fully packed.

Exceptional

Owner was super nice and very hospitable. The rooms are freshly renovated, brand new everything from the looks of it and fairly large for a hotel room. We have a purple mattress at home and are usually uncomfortable in most hotel beds but this one was surprisingly super comfortable. Would definitely come back and stay again.

The hotel itself is clean, organized, and in a great location close to the beach. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was disappointing. When I made my reservation through the app, there were two room options available at exactly the same price: one with one bed and another with two beds. I originally selected the room with one bed, but later decided to bring my daughter on the trip. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked if they could switch my room to one with two beds. They had plenty of rooms available, and I even opened the app in front of the staff member and showed that the room with two beds was still available for the exact same price as the room I had booked. Despite this, they wanted to charge me an additional $80 just to switch the room. I understand that hotels have policies, but I found this unreasonable considering the room was available and was being offered online at the same price. The staff showed no willingness to help or find a reasonable solution. The hotel itself deserves credit for its cleanliness, organization, and convenient location near the beach. However, because of the way the staff handled this situation and the lack of flexibility in customer service, I cannot give this hotel a positive overall review.

The owners are some of the worst people I've ever encountered I'd write a detailed review but not interested in reliving the trauma If you like staying in a place that feels like a police state being guarded by submorons this is for you If you want a relaxing beach time look elsewhere

Everything was great! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a really nice, relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, and I really enjoyed my stay. Nothing in particular — everything was good!

Amazing pool, comfy bed, nice shower, nice mirror, and everything! Also a beautiful back view! None but just a mini refrigerator.

No corkscrew in kitchen. No big skillet. Pool wonderful. Across Gjlf Blvd but no problem to walk over. Not busy.
