Only good thing was the lobby staff for the short time I talked to them Disgusting hotel rooms that were out of date and not cleaned. Rome service did not show in the whole 3 nights I stayed even once. The hallways were disgusting and reeked of weed the whole stay. The elevator seemed like it wanted to collapse the whole time and had no inspection placards. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and the hotel rooms were just about false advertised due to the fact that the only pictures listed were the updated rooms which ours was not.

The front desk could not find my reservation even with the conformation number. 20 min later he figured it out. The sheets were dirty I had to get new sheets and the make the bed. They ran out of waffle mix and syrup at 8:15 am.

Hotel was cheap so as you would expect, it’s not the best hotel. Staff was friendly however rooms were disgusting and there was a diesel smell in the hallways. I’d only recommend if absolutely necessary to stay.

Carpets could use a good shampooing and the vents need dusting, but other than that it was a pleasant stay. The staff was terrific.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente hotel, muy limpio, cómodo y con una higiene impecable. El personal es muy amable, atento y profesional. Recibí un trato maravilloso durante toda mi estancia. Me sentí muy a gusto y agradezco a todos los trabajadores por su excelente servicio. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100 % y volvería sin dudarlo!

I had to ask for towels several times because I stay a few days also the location could be a lot cleaner or maybe updated. The carpet was very dirty. The rooms the tubs were not the cleanest and the linen could have been a lot cleaner as well

Breakfast looked nice, but had no time to partake. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Room had all the amenities needed. Facility located near freeways, so there was outside noise, but I slept soundly. Also small leak from dripping shower.
