I arrived very late in night after spending time in Tucson. I was greeted with the normal are you checking in. Yep. Sorry we have no rooms for you. You don't have staff to clean the room. How? Never will stay at any location they notified me at 11 that we are set. She said the booking company didn't have rights to book with us, what?

The room was very clean and all of the employees were extremely nice. This is a no frills hotel but it is in a central areas with a lot of stores nearby. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay.
-
New and ideally located Same parking lot as Costco Many shops and restaurants within walking distance distance Very friendly staff Everything very well taken care of Extremely safe Reception area is locked to the rooms So you must have your key to enter the hallways

Overall our stay was outstanding! The front desk person did not greet us and wasn’t terribly friendly. I was surprised there was no shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer. The suite was enormous! It was very quiet and had incredibly comfortable beds. The room and common areas were all very clean. We would definitely stay with you again!

This place is brand new so I don’t know how well they will maintain it in the future. For now it’s a perfect place to stay as far as location, costs, safety, cleanliness and comfort. It’s in the midst of a shopping center with plenty of shops and restaurants! Costco’s across from it too. We really liked that it’s very easy and quick to get to from I-10. The staff was nice but doesn’t seem to be well trained. They overcharged my stay, gave me an runaround and I had to call several times to get my refund.

My husband and I stayed here as we were passing through Tucson. One of the best pet friendly hotels we have experienced. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

As a female, traveling alone with her dog, I felt very safe staying here. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and it was quiet. The shower was very clean and worked well (I have thick hair and in most hotels, the water pressure isn’t good for rinsing my hair - here it was very good).

Everything was perfect

When we got to the hotel they told us they didn't have a room for us because they're housekeeping had just left and they didn't have any clean rooms. I was very disappointed since I had been driving from a 6.5 hour trip. I then had to hunt for another property. It would have been nice if they didn't take my money then wait for me to get there to give me the bad news.

They cancelled my reservation without notifying me; when I arrived at 12:30 AM, they told me there was no room available and that they would issue a refund. I found their behavior unprofessional, and it caused a major issue for my trip in the middle of the night.

Very clean and staff was very helpful.
-
The staff is incredibly slow. Seems they don’t know when they are doing.

Pros: New hotel with shopping/restaurant options nearby. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Cons: for a place that’s more of a long term multiple-night stay hotel, a comfortable place to sit like a small sofa would be nice. There is only 1 smaller vinyl chair and 2 bar stools to sit on. There’s a 2-burner cook top but no pots/pans or cooking utensils. There were 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 spoons, 2 knives, 2 glasses and 1 fork wet, with bits of food on them in the dishwasher. The bathroom had 1 bar of soap and 1 bottle of shampoo (no lotion, no conditioner, no hair dryer.) The WORST part of our stay was hearing the BEEEEP BEEEEP BEEEEEP of semi trucks constantly backing into the Costco right across the parking lot all night long…..! If you’re a light sleeper, this is not the place for you!
