I loved this hotel and how it was decorated and the gardens. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was the staff. We were told by front desk there is complimentary breakfast. We got out plates from buffet only to be told that it wasn’t included when you book through Expedia.

I loved all the amenities and ambience plus stellar room that lodge on the desert has to offer, the staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful for any needs! The pool was sparkly clean and wonderful to swim in and back when I stayed in the winter I was impressed a staff member immediately came by to help fix the fireplace when I wasn't sure how to turn it on. I am very happy with lodge on the desert and would definitely stay here again! no complaints, I couldn;t be happier with my stay!

Cool lay out. Big room. Nice pool. Friendly staff There is some minor maintenance things that have been neglected, nothing big. Like an example would be fading building numbers. And some cracked tile. Nothing crazy

Comfortable bed and tge linens. For the money I felt a lite breakfast should have been included seems to me that in the past it was. It would be nice if packets of honey were offered for tea drinkers. Pillows were too dense.

Awesome place! Never stayed there before, but I really enjoyed my overnight stay. Will definitely use that property again.

Convenient place to stay for Family weekend but a few things did not meet our expectations.. there was a loud refrigerator buzzing sound that could not be solved and the toilet had a dripping/flushing sound that did not stop and unfortunately housekeeping came to clean our room at 8am each morning before we were out for the day..:a little too early.
