the room had a big crusty looking spot on the floor and they refused to give me my deposit back due to “smoking” and i do not smoke. there was no smoke in the room. i attempted to tell them this but they were extremely rude and dismissive. plus the pictures online make the place look nicer than it is. it’s a scummy motel at best

All was good

The lady at the front desk was never there & when she was, she was very rude. There are no elevators at this hotel so my friend with Parkinson's Disease had difficulty with the stairs. Rooms were OK, but not great. Then at breakfast the next morning, the coffee machine quit working & I was told by that same rude lady that I needed to make coffee in my room, because the company responsible for the broken coffee machine did not work on the weekend. This lady was so rude & has no business working with the public. I will never stay at this hotel again!

The room was clean, the complimentary breakfast had a nice variety, and staff were pleasant and helpful.

It was all good

Good price. Would be nice to have a potty area outside for dogs. Coffee machine in the lobby was broken. Coffee packets in the room were terrible. Evening staff was very nice. Overall no complaints but the coffee, will probably stay there again because it was a good value.

We didn't get the room that I reserved online, was supposed to have the king-sized bed with the hideaway couch bed, got the king-sized bed and that was it. The television picture was not clear at all, the bed was not comfortable at all, but everything else was acceptable.

There were mosquitos in the room.

Location is good. Hard Rock Casino is very close. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Room was clean with basic amenities. Breakfast was very minimal. There was toast, waffles, and cereal but no meat or eggs of any sort. Coffee machine was broke on the second day of the stay. Biggest pet peeve was that you had to turn the tv on manually before you could use the remote which sucks if you want to watch tv before you get out of bed. Did not see any elevator to the 2nd floor but didn’t look too hard for it either so there may be one there.

Exceptional

This hotel turned away a US veteran and his service dog. They asked for the service dogs #'s...a true service dog does not have numbers. By the ADA law they are allowed to ask 2 questions. Never do business with them. They were rude and would not even let us have the managers name or even talk to him. Still waiting for money back 4 days later.

Nice clean dog-friendly place to stay for the night on our trip across the US

Breakfast was alright. Im not applicable to this question, just my son and husband ate. I didnt. Wifi didn't work through the whole stay.

The property was average. It was clean and close to get to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino with a free shuttle or cheap Uber/Lift. I did not rent a car. I was in town from AZ for a concert at the Hard Rock. There is a QT close to walk to for drinks and snacks and several restaurants within a quick walk for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think the property is slightly overpriced for what you get. Also, when I called the office for the free shuttle to Hard Rock, the lady was rather rude and abrupt and I wasn't sure if she called for the shuttle or how long it would take because she hung up on me after I requested it. So, I had to call the shuttle service myself to confirm the request. I also needed a late check out because my flight home was not until 6:30 pm. I was told it would cost me another $20 plus tax for each hour I needed over the checkout time. So, I did not do that. I went back over to Hard Rock and hung out there for football Sunday and some lunch.

Good

Great location, bigger than normal room and good value. Very noisy a/c.
-
Skimpy breakfast and coffee not working. Room was clean and roomy . Good water pressure.
-
Although not that close to what I wanted to visit, the Dylan museum, this place was inexpensive, clean and qu.
-
Quiet, comfortable bed, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer-bonus for us because we travel with insulin in a case that needs refrigeration and has an ice pack, it was nice to be able to refreeze the ice pack before heading back to Kansas.

Probably one of the most modern and clean motels I've stayed in. Someone left cigarettes buts on the stairs but there are no smoking signs. Not the motels fault. They were cleaned up the next day.
