DO NOT STAY HERE. The entire staff was noticablely under the influence. There was cockroaches in the bathtub and around the sink. There was dead bugs in the bathroom corner and bed bugs in the mattress which were also black. The ac in my room didn't work and there was massive amounts of homeless crackheads around.

I did not leave stay. We spent in the car. It is that bad.

Started check in and was told the room I reserved was not avaliable, it would be 20.00 more for another room. The more expensive room wasn't cleaned, trash can full and no desk chair. Got another room without a key card, so he would have to unlock the room everytime you left, and couldn't and would not refund extra 20.00 because he stated that they could not refund credit card transactions. The fifty dollar deposit was a nightmare to get back. No breakfast but have photos showing a breakfast and no ice. This place is a rip off and no one should stay here.

Nothing at all the pictures of the rooms are nothing like what you get I had a two bed smoking room but I was given a dirty filthy room with one bed and no microwave or tv I stayed for two nights and I couldn’t get any clean towels. Was horrible trip Everything about the motel was like I was in an episode of punked. I reserved a two bed smoking room online and when I checked in I was given a joke of a room filthy and dirty one bed not two and no tv or microwave for us to use and I asked said no

No one should stay here ever

Infested with roaches and let it be clear "NO REFUNDS" even with protection

No one help , room has no key if locked then go to front deck and req open room , I did many time this work many time room locked no soap in bath no curtain omg I never recommend any one , v bad condition I will come many time but not here my business trip too much headache never come again

Place to stay My bedding needed cleaned, they took my deposit and it's been three days without bedding

Nothing didn't stay asked for refund and am be given the run around about it Had cockroaches bad daughter sat down a sandwich and went to bathroom came back and it was swarming with roaches as I was dealing with my irate daughter i see a bed bug crawling on my bed i squised it in a rag and killed a roach and put it in rag 2 and we left immediately and went to front desk i gave the man the rag oped it and showed him the bugs and politely asked for refund he took rag a threw it in trash and tells me I can give u your deposit back but the manager is only 1 that can give refund I asked him to contact the manager nicely and he refused and said he would tell the manager and insisted I call back in morning so I went and found outher logging for the weekend I called back in morning and the manager acted like she knew nothing about the situation and informed me that she couldn't give me a refund that it was corporate that did that and she would email them but thay wouldn't be in office until mon so guss im calling them back tomorrow

Air worked First room. They put me in was dirty, no tv, carpet torn with holes, urine in toilet, walls had alot of holes. Next room wasn't cleanest tv didn't work well screen had lines thur screen. As for property fee back stated they dont do that. 50 deposit

Very rude wouldn't recommend that roach infested place for nobody

They didn’t have no breakfast area AT ALL only a coffee machine Paid online to have my room reserved for me and my family just to get there and basically to get told it’s first come first serve gave me a room with no tv glad I brought my own got a room with ROACHES a room that didn’t even have a key card to be used had to constantly go to the front desk to have them open my door which is weird they offer to give me a room with a tv but it wouldn’t have a remote the staff workers NEED TO BE IMPROVED I will not be booking with them nor coming back to stay at that hotel very unprofessional the photos DO NOT MATCH the HOTEL IN PERSON AT ALLLLLLLL

I arrived at 9:30 PM after a 15 hour flight, then when I went in the lobby and the receptionist told me that there were only prepaid rooms left and I can’t stay at the hotel. They basically left me without a room at night, with no other option or whatsoever. Not to mention I had a lot of baggage and had to look for another hotel.

Reserved 6 days on hotel’s app and traveled to area and upon arriving there was no room availability. I Suggested a one night stay and they offered a room with a broken tv, or another with a manger’s only key card??? Had to leave and never checked in

We were told upon arrival, that our room was not available, but that they were willing to give us another room at a higher rate. Let like it was a bait & switch scheme. Would not suggest staying there.
